Starting with a literature review, the description of concepts and approaches raised by different authors will be exposed, concepts which in turn will allow the reader to gain some understanding of this complex theme that implies many organizational challenges from a systemic point of view. The first issue to be addressed is the analysis of two main approaches that are sought in management: systemic thinking and generation of value. Then, the concept of strategic process will be defined so as to later address change management, types of change, its elements and some models proposed by other authors. Finally, a methodological framework or change management, model will be presented as a guide or general parameter prone to being implemented, it being sufficiently inclusive but at the same time flexible, so that it can be adapted to the particular complexity of any organization.

This paper addresses the self-management processes of change, referring to a series of processes that take place in education centers undergoing change. The perspective from which the approach is proposed is educational management. The evidences integrated into the document are the result of a study conducted in Uruguay, which involved seven primary, secondary, and technical schools. The approach used has been the study of multiple cases with the intention of analyzing the phenomenon in specific contexts, integrating the possibility of studying it from a global perspective. The overall objective was to achieve greater understanding of the self-evaluation and change processes in schools. This paper contributes to the reflection on the process of transition from analog television to digital television which is to be broadcasted in Peru and considers that digital television offers a better sound and image quality and less interference. The process of technological migration may take 1 O years. Peru has already opted for rhe Japanese standard HDTV, which among orher advanrages offers portable and mobile reception. This research’s objective was to characterize the process of masculinity construction in relation to the changes of traditional beliefs and practices, as well as their understanding and repercussion in couple relationships, from the perspective and experience of men from Curimarca, located in the province of Jauja, Junín region, in the central zone of Perú. The study, of a qualitative nature, allowed the understanding of the spouses’ life experience. The unit of analysis was men and women from the place in question. From the data collected during the fieldwork, it was found that men build their masculinity through the process of learning in the family environment. In the last twenty years electoral campaigns it has been seen a transformation of electoral campaigns from tv meetings and doctrinal controversies, the confrontation of images and ideological persuasion to a new landscape of marketing polls. The phenomenon is registered in places as diverse as UK, Korea, Guatemala, Peru and Spain. There is no doubt that democratic processes have undergone several transformations as they have media terminology and marketing technical terms to the political discourse. The United States where the first on experimenting these changes, which then expanded their campaign models to several democracies worldwide. These series of transformations on electoral rallies are called, without distinction, as americanization processes, profesionalization, modernization and globalization.

This article seeks to contradict the assumption that environmental and climate issues are subordinated to the economic growth agenda in public policy and legislative decisions. On the contrary, it proposes that certain political conditions and extraordinary events might be coordinated in such a way as to successfully drive environmental and climate initiatives into public debate, which, far from being seen as residual issues that can be postponed without major political costs, eventually manage to overcome the hurdle of economic objections and ideological misgivings. To support this argument, we analyze the complex political process that Law 30754, Framework Law on Climate Change, has faced since even as early as 2008, with the first bills, until its approval in the Congress of the Republic in 2018 and its subsequent enactment by the Executive Branch.

Latin America suffers from a major problem of loss of Amazonian Forest cover, thus making Peru one of the ten most diverse countries on the planet where most of our biological diversity is found in forests and these provide us with various ecosystem services and play a very important in nature. To calculate forest loss, the database of the "Geoforests" platform of the PNCBMCC (National Forest Conservation Program for Climate Change Mitigation) of the Ministry of the Environment was obtained, where Landsat-TM, Landsat- ETM+ and Landsat-OLI during the periods 2001-2020. This essay aims to identify the scriptural and semantic variations and linguistic processes in the morphosyntax of the terms quniraya, kumirraya, kuniraya, quñiraya, quniraya, -iraya. Corpora concerning quniraya were identified in Hispanic chronicles, 16th-century colonial dictionaries, and both historical and contemporary documents, which were then organized and compared to examine the writing, the processes that occurred within the word, and ultimately to determine its semantics. For this purpose, a textual record was utilized. After identification, the processes were analyzed and explained to verify phenomena such as syncope, fricativization, velarization, palatalization, suppression, apheresis, and pronunciation, among others. The influencer, considered a key asset in the strategy for online communication (Pérez-Curiel and Clavijo-Ferreira, 2017), causes a loss of control over the strategic decisions of fashion brands due to their independence in developing actions (Díaz, 2017). In order to describe to what extent, the influencer enhances the brand identity and the change in strategy trend in the sector, a triple-focus comparative content analysis methodology is designed (Silverman, 2016; Krippendorff, 2004). It analyzes the Instagram accounts of three international renowned luxury firms such as Gucci, Loewe and Margiela (total posts n1 = 3756 and specific posts n2 = 240) and develops a panel of experts (n3=6) aimed at specialized professionals and academics. The results indicate how the values and corporate image of the brands are affected by the ego-personal discourse of these influence profiles.

This work describes the isolation and selection of bacterial strains of the genus Pseudomonas in Cetrimide, Acetamide and King B Agar media, from effluents of the leaching process and from the tailings deposit of the gold ore processing plant, Caraveli - Arequipa. Subsequently, the adaptation was made in Modified Mineral Medium (M9M), to different concentrations of sodium cyanide, to evaluate the tolerance and degradation of the CN- radical. The results of sowing in different nutrient media allowed us to observe changes in coloration with a change from clear to intense red in Acetamide Medium and from clear to fluorescent green in King B Agar Medium, revealing the presence of P. pseudoalcaligenes bacteria. The objective of this research was to determine the influence of the automated configuration system on the change management process of the IP area of a mobile operator during the COVID-19 pandemic. A quantitative, experimental, applied, explanatory approach was used on a population and sample consisting of change management efforts between the years 2019 and 2020. The failure rate of change requests decreased from 74.95% in 2019 to 59.86% in 2020 and the success rate of change requests increased from 25.05% to 40.14% also, the system is resilient due to the fact that the success rate increased by 16.30%. It is therefore concluded that the automated system of configurations has a positive influence on the management process with a success rate increase of 60.28% and a failure rate decrease of 20.14%.

The purpose of this article is to analyze the power of communicative interaction in virtual communities, in the case of the virtual community of Facebook Ni Una Menos: Movilización Nacional Ya, from the paradigm of communication for social change. In order to achieve this objective, a qualitative methodology was applied, which consisted of field work composed of in-depth interviews with 15 members of the Facebook group, as well as the analysis of virtual contents. This study aims to know how the training processes of practicing teachers contribute to the construction of beliefs about teaching at the university. Froma qualitative methodology with agrounded theory approach, professors from public and private universities were selected through theoretical sampling. In-depth interviews were conducted to collect data whichwere analytically coded.
