Workers and micro SMEs often lack time and attentional resources to acquire the technical and business skills necessary to increase productivity. Provide training for digital media is a possible solution to this problem as it adapts to the availability of time workers and employers and allows interactively customize the content so that learning is maximized. To test this hypothesis, we conducted an experimental evaluation using a randomized controlled trial in a Peruvian company advertising services to verify that, providing training intervention based on technologies of e -learning of second generation that is suited to the capabilities care and busy work schedule of employees of SMEs, the understanding of the content of training and labor productivity is increased.

The purpose of this research was to determine the effectiveness of the “Oral Expression in the Classroom”program in the development of the Oral Expression and Comprehension of the English language in the second year of secondary education. This research is basic of a quantitatively approach, which design was pre-experimental, and participants were 14 students. For this study’s development, it was necessary to elaborate an instrument which was validated by experts in this area. The analysis of the results through the “T”test showed significant differences (p <0.05) in the Oral Expression and Comprehension Variable, where results were obtained, with an average of an early 28.07 compared to 51.79 later, which average difference is 23.714. The background of this exhibition is the reality of the indigenous rural school in southern Peru, its sociolinguistic context and its main problems. Likewise, it has as a frame of reference the experiences and debates arising from the application of various alternative educational programs or projects. Against this background and framework, I offer some reflections on aspects of bilingual education: the teaching of reading and writing, the teaching of the mother tongue and, finally, the teaching of the second language. My fundamental interest is to make explicit some dimensions whose development seems crucial to achieve a substantial improvement of the indigenous rural school, but also to give a new focus and renew any educational proposal.

In this paper, we present the results of a systematic review involving the techniques or methods of web accessibility currently used, the domains that have been covered and the disabilities that were focused. The search strategy identified 343 studies, where only 20 were finally selected for the review. We found that automatic tools are the most frequent techniques used to evaluate web accessibility. In addition, most studies performed in the educational domain and the majority of studies do not focus on a special disability.

The relevance of the examined problem results from the fact that the adolescents’ behaviour and their inability to overcome conflict situations are of an acute social nature. In this regard, the article is aimed at identifying the causes of early motherhood and finding ways to solve the problem in the context of social and pedagogical work. The leading research methods of this problem are psychological techniques that allow one to identify the causes of interpersonal conflicts among adolescents and to develop credible practical recommendations aimed at improving the efficiency of adolescents’ interpersonal interaction. Based on the obtained data, the authors have developed specific diagnostic, correctional and training programs for behaviour correction in particular conflict situations.

El objetivo del presente trabajo fue, construir y validar un sistema observacional para realizar análisis de interacciones didácticas en dos clases de ciencias en el bachillerato, y describir de manera exploratoria, las relaciones establecidas entre el desempeño del profesor y el desempeño del estudiante. Este estudio se llevó a cabo en tres fases: En la fase 1 se delimitaron las categorías apegadas a un enfoque teórico. En la fase 2, en el software Lynx versión 4.1 se programaron las categorías e indicadores. y se calculó el índice de acuerdo entre observadores. We present a collaborative coding environment that helps the teaching of introductory computer graphics courses, with the goal of to do teaching graphics fundamentals more effectively and lowering the excessive difficult of initiate into 3D graphics programming. Traditionally, the OpenGL Library is used for teaching computer graphics courses, since there are bindings for the most popular languages, including Python, Ruby, Java and the web (WebGL). In particular, our proposed framework provides a web IDE for collaborative coding, between classmates or workgroups, and the professor can help them or interact on it.
