This study reveals the importance of distance learning for professional students’ training in this innovative activity in regional institute of physical education. The urgency of research is based on the problem of insufficient readiness of physical education teachers and sports coaches in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) to implement distance learning. It is also based on the lack of widely used educational programs that are scientifically grounded, well tested in practice and that promote targeted training of physical education teachers to use DL technologies in the course of pandemic. The experiment involved bachelors’ and masters’ degree students in various specialties from the M.K. Ammosov North-Eastern Federal University (NEFU) and the Churapchinsky State Institute of Physical Education and Sport. Digital Image Processing (DIP) books teach algorithms to digitally operate on images and include some figures to show the effects of those mathematical tools. In this report the creation of Imagery, a Virtual Laboratory for computer-assisted education (teaching and learning) of DIP is reported. Imagery can be used in the classroom, in the laboratory or at home. This software was developed to be used as a DIP laboratory, allowing the user to experiment with DIP algorithms, enabling him to see their effects on his own images. Especially, Fine Particulate Matter (PM2.5) is the most dangerous pollutant because this is related to cardiovascular and respiratory diseases, among others. This research aims to analyze the shifts produced in the pedagogical relationship within the emergency remote teaching (ERT) implemented as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, specifically to describe the forms of interaction within the teaching-learning process that students have had with their teachers, as well as with their peers. For this purpose, virtual group interviews were conducted with 12 Peruvian university students. The selection of interview participants was intentional and by convenience. A partir de un estudio cualitativo con diseño fenomenológico que analiza la toma de decisiones respecto a la ocupación futura de adolescentes de dos Instituciones Educativas de Lima (una pública y una privada alternativa ubicada en un distrito de clase media), se investigaron las barreras y apoyos percibidos, en la escuela y en la familia, durante los procesos de elección y planificación. Se encontró que en la IE privada se recibe mayor apoyo de la familia y la escuela, agentes que ofrecen información, sugerencias, modelos, orientación, aliento, experiencias de aprendizaje y acciones concretas que sostienen a estos adolescentes en ambos procesos. En la IE pública, en cambio, la escuela y la familia cumplen un rol menor en la elección que se reduce a preguntarles por lo que harán al terminar la secundaria y aprobar su decisión, sin incidir en la planificación. The city of Tacna is in seismic silence, waiting for a large earthquake and the environmental effects that this causes. The objective of the investigation was to determine the prevailing frequencies and periods of some earthquakes registered in the city of Tacna, using the Fourier analysis and spectrum. Earthquakes of the present century, of a magnitude greater than 5.0 Mw and from different near, intermediate and distant seismogenic sources were selected. The research used the Fourier mathematical model to process seismic signals, from the time domain to the frequency domain, then, the prevailing frequencies and periods of the different signals were analyzed and learned.
