In this article, the author addresses the reform of the Consumer Protection and Defense Code carried out by Legislative Decree 1390, through which the Registry ‘Gracias No Insista’ was replaced by the rule of prior consent to receive mass communications with promotional purposes, which was aimed at harmonizing the consumer protection regulation with the one of personal data.In this regard, the author develops a complete analysis of the regulation of promotional communications, both from the perspective of consumer protection rights and personal data protection; to later emphasize the successes and failures of the current regulation, at a legal and practical level. Undifferentiated carcinoma with undifferentiated osteoclast-like cells (UC-OGC) in the head of the pancreas is extremely rare. The clinicalpathological, imaging and topographic appearance characteristics are not wellclassified. This case report describes a patient with UC-OGC of the Pancreas Head. Our patient, an adult over 75 years of age, had a considerable illness time, without relevant symptoms until the advanced stages of the tumor, debuting with shallow gastric discomfort, then weight loss. In the diagnostic tests they found the presence of a tumor that compromised the stomach, duodenum and pancreas. The definitive diagnosis was given by the pathological study. There are not enough clinical data available for a treatment that guarantees a higher survival rate in patients, however, pancreatoduodenectomy is currently the alternative that offers the best results, on the other hand, th...

Background: Acute respiratory infections (ARIs) represent an important cause of morbidity and mortality in children, remaining a major public health concern, especially affecting children under 5 years old from low-income countries. Unfortunately, information regarding their epidemiology is still limited in Peru. Methods: A secondary data analysis was performed from a previous cross-sectional study conducted in children with a probable diagnosis of Pertussis from January 2010 to July 2012. All samples were analyzed via Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) for the following etiologies: Influenza-A, Influenza-B, RSV-A, RSV-B, Adenovirus, Parainfluenza 1 virus, Parainfluenza 2 virus, Parainfluenza 3 virus, Mycoplasma pneumoniae and Chlamydia pneumoniae. The main goal of this research is to demonstrate that the use of innovative technology like business intelligence (BI) in a specific type of business significantly impacts their sales processes, enhancing decision-making, promotional strategies, and consequently customer loyalty and sales growth. The case study is a manufacturing business located in Lima, Peru. The information requirements of this business were analyzed, and a data mart model was created using the Kimball methodology. This multidimensional model enabled the comparison of client sales trends to propose new promotions and marketing strategies. Hobson et al. (Brown, Hobson. Lee y Stevenson, 1997; Hobson, Brown, Minter y Lee, 1997)ha ve updated the issue of the similarities between autism and congenital blindness. In the pre sent paper the empirical evidence in favor of the existence of autistic-lik features in the lan guage of blind children is reviewed. and new data from the author's research, are offered. The following topics are examined: (a) The use of personal pronouns, (b) the use of imitations and formulaic speech, (e) the egocentric use of speech, and (d) the capacity for iniciating conver sations and for conversational contingency. The analysis puts into question the similarity bet ween blind children and autistic children, and seems to disconfirm Hobson 's theory.

Birds are an important group in the fauna of the wetland of the Pantanos de Villa Wildlife Refuge, Lima, Peru. Th e Passeriformes that are specialists in this wetland, such as Wren-like rushbird [Phleocryptes melanops (Vieillot, 1817)] and the Many-colored rush tyrant [Tachuris rubrigastra (Vieillot, 1817)], make their nests in the wetland vegetation. Th erefore, its reproduction and its relationship with vegetation were studied in this research. Nests of both species were searched between May to October 2022 in the Génesis lagoon, and in the Mayor Lagoon. El objetivo del presente estudio experimental con diseño cuasi-experimental, fue evaluar el efecto del programa educativo “LIKE” de la inteligencia lingüística para mejorar la capacidad de producción de textos en inglés en estudiantes de quinto grado de secundaria de la institución educativa “Colegio Nacional Iquitos”, San Juan Bautista, 2015. El tipo de investigación fue experimental; el diseño de investigación fue cuasi experimental con grupo experimental y control. La población de estudio fue de 447 estudiantes con una muestra no probabilística de 59 estudiantes; 32 formaron parte del grupo experimental (5° B) y 27 del grupo control (5° G). From data of USA, Japan, Germany, UK, Italy and Russian, it is claimed that the Global pandemic dictated by the dynamics of Corona virus exhibits distributions that would correspond to a morphology of Bessel-like type. Under the assumption that the pandemic contains phases of infection denoted by the velocity and acceleration of propagation of virus, then a model of polynomials given by the integer-order Bessel functions is proposed. These polynomials enter in a statistical approach to define the law of infections as function of time for the ongoing global pandemic. From this, the data evolution and their different behaviors are interpreted in terms of the different phases including the Delta variant for the recent months until August 2021.
