Nowadays, it is not uncommon for general contractors to seek to govern their legal relationships with some of their subcontractors through back-to-back provisions. The principles that guide this type of agreements do not have a univocal logical-conceptual development, so their scope always depends on the intensity that, by virtue of their freedom of contract, the parties assign to the particular drafting of each subcontract. The objective of this article is to give an account of the labor reintegration process in subjects in condition of drug addiction during their rehabilitation. Using a qualitative methodology, in-depth interviews were conducted with ten people in addiction in rehabilitation. Those who were interviewed have more than 15 years of sobriety and are part of a self-help group that implements the 12-step program of Alcoholics Anonymous in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. Among the results, it stands out that labor reintegration is a process that involves several phases, one of them is the period of service where the subject is prepared in the practice of punctuality, responsibility, commitment, and respect, as well as in emotional management for the performance of paid work. Planteándose como un medio para solucionar este problema un programa de ejercicios dirigido específicamente a lumbalgías, dorsalgias, ciatalgias, escoliosis, hipercifosis, espondilolistesis. One of these concerns the victim of crime, a central actor in the dynamics of crime, whose dimension is crucial for shaping criminal policy designs. This study provides an initial approach to the development of cybercrime victimology as a central tool of criminological knowledge that should serve as a guideline for legislative responses to cybercrime.

En este artículo nos proponemos recoger literatura económica reciente que, justamente, establece una relación de causalidad entre riqueza y pobreza. Nos referimos a la pobreza creada por los mismos procesos que crean la riqueza. No nos referimos, sin embargo, a un mero juego de ‘suma cero’ o a los que constituyen una redistribución directa como la que podría ser la asignación de los tributos estatales para fines de equidad o de inequidad. Low back pain is a widespread issue among individuals engaged in tasks requiring prolonged periods of static positioning. This musculoskeletal challenge has seen a surge in prevalence in recent times. The focal point of this study is to conceptualize an ergonomic support system specifically geared towards averting lumbar injuries linked to sedentary habits. Through a comprehensive experiment involving the analysis of existing ergonomic backrests and the subsequent development of a prototype using 3D scanning, design, and manufacturing processes, a solution was crafted. A study, incorporating a group of voluntary participants, was executed to assess the efficacy of the newly designed lumbar accessory. In this policy-oriented paper, we provide a pre- and post-pandemic socioeconomic analysis of Peru, along with a financially sustainable five-year Building Back Better recovery plan, which emphasizes the urgency of addressing some of the country’s structural weaknesses. We underscore the importance of public investment for this effort, but widen the focus to include current public expenditure, in order to take steps towards building a more universal social protection system. We show that this also contributes to reducing the gender imbalances in the labor market that the pandemic exposed and exacerbated. We provide a financial programming exercise that demonstrates that the plan is financially responsible under a reasonable fiscal rule. Four core ideas stand out from our analysis.
