The article is aimed at researching the content of education getting transformed under the influence of digitization in the pedagogical higher educational institution. Methodologically the research was supported by various theoretical and empirical methods including pedagogical observation, analysis and design, survey data analysis and interpretation. As a result of the study qualitative changes in the following aspects of the educational system have been characterized: content of education, system for assessing the planned learning outcomes, skills of the academic teaching staff, and educational environment. For social robots, knowledge regarding human emotional states is an essential part of adapting their behavior or associating emotions to other entities. Robots gather the information from which emotion detection is processed via different media, such as text, speech, images, or videos. The multimedia content is then properly processed to recognize emotions/sentiments, for example, by analyzing faces and postures in images/videos based on machine learning techniques or by converting speech into text to perform emotion detection with natural language processing (NLP) techniques. The main objective of this research is to determine the basis of the key competencies necessary to achieve the digital transformation of public and private organizations in Peru. With this objective in mind, the conceptual framework involves the definition of a digital transformation in organizations and their impact on those organizations. The goal of this article is to analyze the degree of maturity in the digital transformation of the public relations and communication departments of the companies with the highest turnover that belong to the Spanish Association of Communication Directors-Dircom by applying the model for digital transformation proposed by Westerman, Bonnet and McAfee (2012), based on the vectors of leadership and digital capacity. The third sector, key to social and personal development, needs to evolve and adapt to the technological revolution and digitalization that accelerated due to the global pandemic of COVID-19. In the media industry, fast innovations and increasing competition require a high degree of corporate leadership (Koryak, Mole, Lockett, et al., 2015). The study of leadership appears to be an increasingly relevant issue. This research aims to find out to what extent leaders (editors and publishers) behave and understand their roles in Chilean and Spanish newsrooms. A questionnaire was applied to measure and identify leadership traits that are considered crucial, thus making possible to acknowledge transformational leaders and differentiate efficient leaders from ineffective. The results show that editors believe they have the ability to inspire, share goals and understand what is important, in contrast with the working experiences of their employees, that often have a low opinion of media companies as places to work.

This study focused on evaluating the effect of mediating technologies on post-pandemic educational processes, emphasizing their essential role in enhancing interaction and cooperation between teachers and students. Analyze the elements of family communication associated with the coming out process of sexual orientation. Qualitative research with narrative design by topics. A content analysis of 12 interviews with three gay sons, three lesbian daughters and 6 mothers was done. Intrafamilial, contextual, and intrapsychic contents of communication were related to gender stereotypes, education, family support, religion, self-discovery, and acceptance. The assertive style dominated, although the passive and aggressive style were common before and during the disclosure. The strategies were divided into direct and indirect verbal and non-verbal. The contents of the communication are transformed with the disclosure process, while the styles and strategies seek to reestablish the homeostasis of the families.

Beef aging is a process that involves the interaction of enzymes and chemical transformations that directly influence changes in flavor and texture, which in turn can determine the sensory experience for guests. The purpose of this study was to compare, in terms of texture, the aging of beef brisket cuts through two techniques: with animal fat coating and dry aging, over a period of 21 days, and to determine the acceptability of end consumers. The cuts were stored under controlled temperature and moisture conditions (2 °C and 60 % relative moisture, respectively), with continuous monitoring to ensure food safety.
