The competence of the European States in the field of international relations seems to conceive at the present time as an all-embracing faculty, which embraces all responsibility for any activity with external significance. In the Spanish case, this trend has meant a return to the prevailing conception during the primary stage of constitutional development, and refers to coverage in an expansive reading of the State’s competency title on international relations and on the functions of international treaties and Direction Foreign policy constitutionally conferred on the Government.

The interpretation of biological communities as complex adaptive systems aims to demonstrate their ecological patterns at different scales and their environmental relationships. In this survey, we analyzed species diversity and alternative stable states patterns of the bird community in an Andean agroecosystem located on the central-western slope of the Peruvian Andes (Cajatambo District, Lima - Peru), on a temporal and spatio-temporal scale. We evaluated their bird community through 24 line transects, located in seven plant formations along two ecoregions, between 2 700 and 4 600 masl, during the dry and rainy seasons of 2015 and 2016. Paciente masculino, de 32 años, acudió a la Clínica de Prótesis Parcial Fija (PPF), de la Facultad de Odontología de Araçatuba-Universidad Estadual Paulista, manifestando como queja principal que sus dientes anteriores estaban “feos y rotos”. Se evaluó el efecto bioprotector de tres consorcios de hongos micorrízicos arbusculares nativos en plantones de tres variedades de Coffea arabica L., propagados sexual y asexualmente frente al ataque de la roya amarilla (Hemileia vastatrix). La investigación fue desarrollada en Chirapa – Lamas, bajo condiciones de vivero y en el Laboratorio de Micorrizas del IIAP, Tarapoto - San Martín. This research project entitled "Use of Lepidoptera as biomarkers for the diagnosis of ecosystem Microcuenca Shilcayo" was run along the watershed; whose objective was to collect and evaluate three lepidopteran sample units to be used as biomarkers for the respective diagnosis while mapping spatial distribution function of ecosystem types studied. Evaluations were carried out from July 2007 to January of this year; due to inclement weather occurred. La identificación de especies de Hongos Micorrízicos Arbusculares (HMA), presentes en áreas donde se cultiva el café (Coffea arabica L.) en nuestra Región son de gran importancia, pues constituye la base para la investigación de especies que pueden ser aprovechadas en el futuro como bioprotectores y biofertilizantes en este cultivo y así contribuir al mejoramiento sostenible de la producción.
