Intercultural communication is considered a progressively developing trend, both abroad and in modern Russia. The concept of Western research on this topic is interdisciplinary approaches this situation is conditioned by the need for a multilateral analysis of the processes taking place in this field. Attention is focused on studying the barriers to communication of representatives of many socio-cultural systems. The information reflects the experience of using Western methodology to analyze the problems of intercultural interaction. Objective: To ascertain that social and emotional deprivation of the mother is associated with fetal growth restriction, fetal death, preterm birth and congenital defects. Materials and Methods: We retrieved the maternal and perinatal outcome from the Informatic Perinatal System of all pregnancies with antenatal care whose delivery occurred between January 1, 1992 and December 31, 2001. Three groups of patients with social and emotional deprivation were included: 1) single women (n=1285), 2) teenage women with absent prenatal care (APC), (n=2131), and 3) primigravid with stature lower than 160 cm (n=35722). Maternal and perinatal outcome were compared with: 1) women living with sexual partner (n=5550), 2) teenage women with prenatal care (n=7644), and 3) primigravids taller than 159 cm (n=5264). This article seeks to analyze the function of the International Criminal Court (ICC) from the analytical horizon of critical studies and the particular contributions of the Helsinki School and social idealism. To achieve this objective, the main postulates of both perspectives are compared towards the concept of international criminal justice (ICJ), in general, and towards the performance of the ICC in its time of validity, in particular. The methodology used is that of a documentary analysis with a strong inclination towards texts of a theoretical, doctrinal and jurisprudential nature.

This study aims to compare how the best-positioned universities in the world and in Spain, according to the Shanghai ranking, use Instagram as a communication channel. The article presents typical profiles of stress-resistant and non-stress-resistant individuals by certain components. Summarizing the factor analysis substantive elements, we identified four leading components of the internal structure of indicators of personality stress relationships by the informative weight of variables: personal; social; typological, and behavioral. We found out that stress-resistant individuals are characterized by a high level of balance, confidence and activity, emotional and volitional self-control, low levels of stress, personal and situational anxiety, high levels of motivation, general and professional internality, readiness for activity, high level of functional system. This investigation led proposes the articulation, in a conception as a whole, of a new theoretical model based on the stablishment of three functions of Public Relations that should be present in public and private organizations, that are, the relational function, the communicational function and the synergy function. This is an exploratory study, non-experimental, descriptive, comparative, and from an intracultural mode that took a sample of twenty executive officers of Public Relations and related, from public and private organizations in Peru. La presente tesina tiene como objetivo investigar y determinar el clima social familiar que viven los alumnos de 3ro, 4to y 5to nivel secundaria de la Institución Educativa Primario Secundario Nº 61004 “Juan Pablo II” durante el mes de agosto 2019. This study examines the judicialization of reproductive rights in Peru and Chile, focusing on the influence of extralegal factors on judicial decisions related to the distribution of the Emergency Oral Contraceptive (EOC) during the periods 2006-2009 and 2007-2008, respectively. Through a comparative analysis, the study explores the impact of ideology, legal culture, and conservative social movements on judicial decision-making in both cases. The study concludes that these determinants, acting interdependently, function as causal mechanisms in judicial decision-making, explaining shifts in positions and arguments in both Chile and Peru. Additionally, the study highlights that the judicialization of emergency contraceptive methods has had both positive and negative impacts on women’s reproductive rights.

The public space has recently become the protagonist of urban transformations, especially because it expresses the complexities of globalization. Therefore, urban agglomerates are currently contesting leadership spaces of different natures (financial, cultural, etc.). Background: COVID-19 is a disease that since its appearance in 2019 has represented a challenge for health services. The sequelae are a consequence of a deterioration in the quality of life, fatigue, dyspnea and joint pain. This article undertakes a comparative study of the ius aedificandi in Peru, with the aim of defining its scope and exploring possible improvements. For this purpose, three references were considered: Spain, Brazil and Colombia, countries in which the ius aedificandi does not integrate —at least, automatically— the property right (of the land). In Peru, by contrary, the civil law conception of this right remains in force, whereby the right to build constitutes one of the faculties inherent to property ownership. The comparison between these models reveals the first signs of change in Peru and underscores the need to consolidate such developments.

The general goal of this research is to address the way in which the twenty-five first Spanish publishers in literature publication manage their social networks. For this, through the PRGS model, the weight of the main social networks (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram) in the digital marketing strategy of these Spanish publishing companies is analysed from a triple dimension: a) the attraction of users, b) content generation, and c) users' engagement to the brand. The study conducted on these twenty-five Spanish publishers concludes that Facebook is the one that generates the most fans, compared to Twitter and Instagram. Nonetheless, Twitter is the network most used to generate content. Finally, in terms of engagement, the results point out Instagram as the network where better results are obtained
