The authorities in charge of managing our Andean basins work in unimaginable water-powered landscapes from the Peruvian legislator point of view. They should generate and apply peculiar mechanisms. Why? Because the national legislator is traditionally positioned on the coast, a region very different to the Andean highlands and punas. The use of ethnographic evidence coming from a drainage basin in the Central Andes (Mantaro River, Junin) lets me depict in detail how public officers appeal to mechanisms of location, adaptation and regulation in order to adjust the official regulations, to cover the needs of the farming organizations of watering, and to affirm their positions as representatives of the Peruvian government. The objective of the study was to determine the perception of the level of use of digital marketing in collaborators of tourism companies in the Central Region of Peru. The research approach was quantitative, the study design was non-experimental, cross-sectional, descriptive, the level of the research was descriptive, developed based on the perspective of Selman (2017)) which had 12 items, the dimensions were functionality flow, feedback and loyalty, the sample consisted of 13 tourism companies and 120 collaborators. The main result was that tourist establishments in the central regions of Peru make medium use of digital marketing as a business strategy.

El objetivo del estudio fue determinar la percepción del nivel de uso del marketing digital en colaboradores de empresas turísticas de la región del Centro del Perú. El enfoque de investigación fue cuantitativo, diseño del estudio fue no experimental transversal descriptivo, el nivel de la investigación fue descriptivo, desarrollado en base a la perspectiva de Selman (2017) el cual tuvo 12 ítems, las dimensiones fueron flujo funcionalidad, feedback y fidelización, la muestra estuvo conformada por 13 empresas turísticas, de las cuelas se encuestaron a 120 colaboradores. El resultado principal fue que los establecimientos turísticos en la regios central del Perú hacen un uso medio del marketing digital como estrategia empresarial.

El incumplimiento de la cuota laboral del 5% para personas con discapacidad en el sector público, sigue siendo una problemática persistente, a pesar de su carácter obligatorio. En el Gobierno Regional del Callao, esta obligación legal no ha sido implementada de forma efectiva entre los años 2021 y 2024, lo que revela una brecha entre el marco normativo y la gestión institucional. Social innovation is recognized by multilateral organizations as a way to cope creatively and collaboratively with social demands that are not satisfied, neither from the public nor from the private. This challenge requires management reliable relationship between actors with diverse and sometimes conflicting interests. In this sense, the social function of public relations (PR) can provide an important service to prevent resistance to social changes that involve innovation processes. Este presente estudio aborda un problema crítico en la agricultura peruana, centrándose en la detección y control de la plaga de la araña roja en los cultivos de tomate en Lambayeque. Los objetivos incluyeron la aplicación de métricas de calidad de datos para seleccionar y preprocesar imágenes de tomates y la implementación de modelos de deep learning para la detección y clasificación de la plaga. La metodología combinó eXtreme Programming (XP) y CRISP-DM, lo que permitió un enfoque ágil y de alta calidad para el desarrollo del sistema web y la creación de modelos de deep learning. A review of the situation of forest management in Peru is carried out, particularly in the Amazon region, using the United Nations' definition of sustainable forest management as a reference. This definition is based on: (i) the extent of forest resources; (ii) forest biological diversity; (iii) the health and vitality of forests; (iv) productive functions; (v) protective functions; (vi) socio-economic functions; and (vii) the regulatory, institutional, and policy framework.
