This article explains the imaginary and subjective qualities of the food Arequipa. Also their functional aspects, where the variety of plates is directed to cohesionar, to foment identity, to diminish tensions and to homogenize the social classes; equally, to model the behaviors, behaviors and to activate the operation of the organs of the body, to order the daily life in diets fidex for the week and fixed schedules. Also, I highlight the historical character of the foods, where each plate has a history that registers the times of abundance and shortage. I analyze the structural factors of the foods, the sensitive qualities and the meaning of that sweet-salted, the sour-spicy one, as well as the symbolic oppositions of «house» food and of «street», and the social hierarchies of the foods. Introducción: la dispepsia funcional incluye trastornos crónicos y recurrentes del tracto digestivo superior y que no tienen origen orgánico. Objetivos: Los objetivos de este estudio fueron determinar los factores asociados con la dispepsia funcional entre los trabajadores de establecimientos de comida rápida en un centro comercial en Huancayo, Perú. Metodología: Este es un estudio analítico de corte transversal de 128 trabajadores de comida rápida en una ciudad en el altiplano peruano. Se utilizó un nuevo cuestionario para el diagnóstico de dispepsia para diagnosticar la dispepsia funcional y registrar las variables sociales, el consumo y los hábitos alimenticios. The study aimed to analyze the influence of budget on social media strategies and on the competitive advantage of food franchises. For that, a survey was applied with 84 food franchise managers and the quantitative analysis was performed using structural equation modeling. The results indicated that the planning budget positively influences the competitive advantage, which is related to the performance of companies. It was also observed that the relationship between the budget for dialogue and the competitive advantage in the market is mediated by the social media strategy. The results also highlight that the greater the use of budget for communication and motivation functions, the greater the implementation of social media strategies. This paper will evaluate the feasibility of creating a plant for the production of BARF (Biologically Appropriate Raw Food) for dogs and cats. Chapter I presents the commercial, technological and economic-financial justifications. Likewise, the methodology to be used in the work will be proposed. Chapter II explores the needs of the clients through a market study, as well as the demand for the project by means of a survey of the target public; in addition, the marketing mix is proposed. Social innovation is recognized by multilateral organizations as a way to cope creatively and collaboratively with social demands that are not satisfied, neither from the public nor from the private. This challenge requires management reliable relationship between actors with diverse and sometimes conflicting interests. In this sense, the social function of public relations (PR) can provide an important service to prevent resistance to social changes that involve innovation processes. En un país donde la mayoría de comidas son hechas a base de trigo, centeno, cebada y avena, muchas personas presentan dificultades para comer este tipo de alimentos debido a que padecen de celiaquía o intolerancia al gluten. GlüFri es una aplicación móvil que busca facilitar la búsqueda de alimentos sin gluten con los restaurantes y markets, ayudándoles a planificar sus comidas y encontrar recetas aptas para ellos. Se ha diseñado un prototipo de aplicación móvil, el cual demuestra las funcionalidades que presenta, asimismo como un manual de marca y, finalmente, el contenido para redes sociales.

En el presente documento se describe tanto el diseño de un albergue temporal como explicar y analizar la realidad problemática de la provincia de Trujillo dándole un toque de interés social. Según los análisis se puede observar la relación de una buena infraestructura y cómo influye en el desarrollo de un menor de edad. En la provincia de Trujillo, el nivel de abandono infantil crece cada año y su nivel educativo es bajo, estos menores se encuentran limitados profesionalmente y psicológicamente, estos datos fueron obtenidos mediante a entrevistas, visitas algunos albergues y por medio de estadísticas del INABIF, la cual fue un fuente importante para determinar la envergadura del proyecto.
