Research on implementing work standardization in an SME company in the veterinary sector is very scarce. This scientific article aims to increase productivity without neglecting the grooming service's quality and applying different engineering solutions to improve resource management. The results obtained can be of great value to similar industries, especially those that want to improve the performance of their operations, avoid waste, and improve their productivity. In companies such as a veterinary clinic, it is common to find that those in charge of the bathroom area do not perform an outstanding performance in their work, considering this task as not very important or definitive for the company, causing unnecessary delays, slow work speed, and unmotivated staff. We seek through this article to demonstrate that, through standardization of processes and areas within a company, the impe...

With the increase of the university population, the individual psychological care service by psychologists in universities has been affected. Which has caused discomfort among students to access the psychological consulting service. Therefore, this project aims to implement a data analysis system to control the psychological variables that affect university students, improving attention to them through the use of artificial intelligence (AI). We present a system that allows the visualization of data related to the mental health of the students who developed a psychological test, with which the psychologist will be able to diagnose the student's mental state and determine if he or she requires personalized attention. Finally, with this research, we achieved an improvement in the speed of attention and quality of service for the student.

The Model of Family and Community-based Integrated Health Care (MAIS-BFC, by its initials in Spanish) is a set of strategies, procedures and tools that, when complemented, organize the Health System in order to respond to the health needs of individuals, families and the community, allowing comprehensive care levels of health. Following the steps for the implementation of a MAIS-BFC, an experience is presented from the National Family Health Strategy corresponding to 2010- 2015. The intervention of 244 649 households is reported until October 2015, constituting 11.6% of vulnerable households. Likewise, 17 250 educational sessions were developed where priority was given to health promotion issues. As a result, 37 303 pathologies were identified through the family health visit, of which 58.2% were chronic pathologies and 49.8% were non-chronic pathologies detected but never treated. Regard...

Coming into being and development of inclusive education in contemporary Ukrainian society are analysed. The tasks of educational institutions in creating an inclusive space are defined, and the approaches to work with children with disabilities are identified. Works of foreign and domestic scholars and practitioners who studied the problems of inclusion of children with disabilities in the educational process and in the context of social rehabilitation activities are studied. Emphasis is placed on theoretical analysis of social rehabilitation practices of inclusion. A mechanism for implementing social rehabilitation practices of inclusion in the educational process of working with children with disabilities is suggested.

Objectives: (1) To document trends in integrated management of childhood illnesses (IMCI) implementation in the 24 departments of Peru from 1996 to 2000. (2) To documenttrends in indicators of health services coverage and impact(mortality and nutritional status) for the same period. (3) To correlate changes in these two sets of indicators. And (4)to attempt to rule out contextual factors that may affect the observed trends and correlations. Materials and Methods: An ecological analysis was performed in which the units of study were the 24 departments. Results: By 2000, 10,2% of clinical health workers were trained in IMCI,but some districts showed considerably higher rates. There were no significant associations between clinical IMCI training coverageand indicators of outpatient utilization, vaccine coverage, mortality or malnutrition. The lack of association persisted after adjustment fo...

Aim: Low- and middle-income countries represent nearly 85% of all cervical cancer cases worldwide; thereby, it is extremely important to identify methods to improve the screening process. Therefore, this study aimed to summarize the primary characteristics of studies on accessibility, coverage, patient preferences, and factors associated with patient satisfaction or acceptance of colposcopy in primary healthcare. Methods: A search strategy, based on MeSH, Emtree, and free terms, was run through 5 databases (PubMed, Scopus, Embase, Ovid/Medline, and Web of Science). EndNote 20.1 © and Rayyan QCRI © were used for screening. A preset datasheet was used for data extraction. Results: The systematic search retrieved 1127 references, and after removing duplicates, screening the titles and abstracts, and reviewing the full text, 7 studies were included. The interrater reliability was 77.73% (k...

This letter to the editor addresses the importance of informed consent in obstetric care in Peru. It highlights that, despite being legislated, many women do not receive adequate information for effective informed consent in practice, especially during labor. This omission affects the physical and emotional health of mothers and neonates and undermines trust in the healthcare system. Factors such as lack of training among medical staff, cultural and linguistic barriers, paternalistic practices, and the misconception of labor as an emergency contribute to this situation. To improve it, measures such as training healthcare personnel in informed consent, empowering women in their childbirth process, implementing clear policies and protocols in healthcare institutions, and strengthening monitoring and supervision are proposed. This will not only enhance the childbirth experience but also imp...

When breast cancer is detected and treated early, the chances of survival are very high. However, women in many settings face complex barriers to early detection, including social, economic, geographic, and other interrelated factors, which can limit their access to timely, affordable, and effective breast health care services. Previously, the Breast Health Global Initiative (BHGI) developed resource-stratified guidelines for the early detection and diagnosis of breast cancer. In this consensus article from the sixth BHGI Global Summit held in October 2018, the authors describe phases of early detection program development, beginning with management strategies required for the diagnosis of clinically detectable disease based on awareness education and technical training, history and physical examination, and accurate tissue diagnosis. The core issues address include finance and governanc...

The publication of this historiographical article has two objectives: The first is to pay tribute to the life trajectory of the sanfernandino doctor Rogelio Bermejo Ortega, one of the Peruvian pioneers of rural health, of community participation and intersectoral work in the development of general welfare. The second, to carry out from his life trajectory a first critical analysis of the implementation process of Primary Health Care (PHC) in Peru, based on the observations stated in his work “Primary Health Care in Peru”. Rescuing some elements to sustain —in these years of general crisis— a reform of the health system, oriented in an authentic way to the achievement of “health for all and per all” in Peru.
