The general objective of this scientific study was to explain to what extent the new policies on basic quality conditions affect the licensing process of a public institute in Ancash. The method used was the hypothetical deductive method, establishing hypotheses and testing them by statistical methods, with a quantitative approach, a non-experimental correlational causal research design with a cross-sectional approach, applied to a sample of 42 workers. The survey was used as a technique and two validated and reliable questionnaires were used as instruments, each related to its respective variable. Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is considered a neurodevelopmental disorder, whose prevalence has increased in recent years, showing in some cases deficits in the cognitive area, with processing speed (PS) being one of the affected variables. Therefore, the present study aims to: 1) compare the scores obtained in relation to the PS variable between students aged 6 to 11 with ASD and their peers with neurotypical development in Metropolitan Lima; and 2) establish the PS profile of the included students with ASD. This contribution analyzes the role fulfilled by International Labor Standards and, specifically, by social clauses in Free Trade Conventions and Agreements, as a way of preventing social dumping and building a social dimension in the globalization and regionalization of economy. The author offers the case of the MERCOSUR Labor and Social Declaration, issued in 2015, which amends that of the year 1998, studying its contents, legal efficacy and supervision mechanisms. He emphasizes the fact that social charters generally limit themselves to recognizing fundamental or basic labor rights already found in the legislation of the member countries, but which are nonetheless useful for hindering attempts to deregulate or relax social and labor provisions.

In Mexico, a high percentage of young people experience symptoms of generalized anxiety, which are associated with difficulties in executive functions (EF). However, previous studies have shown inconsistent results, as they often rely solely on either objective or subjective measures. Therefore, this study focused on analyzing the relationship between generalized anxiety and EF using both a neuropsychological battery and a self-report questionnaire, in order to provide a more comprehensive understanding of cognitive functioning in adolescents. Objective. To determine the relationship between results-based management and the public procurement processes carried out by the professionals of the Rural Agricultural Productive Development Program (AGRORURAL) of the Huánuco zonal directorate, 2019. Methods. The research is characterized by being of a basic type, with a descriptive-correlational level and a non-experimental design. The Public Management Theory focused on performance budgeting and government contracting is used. For data collection, a survey questionnaire was applied to professionals and officials of AGRORURAL-Huánuco; based on this, Spearman correlation coefficients were estimated. Results. El presente estudio tiene como objetivo, determinar las competencias cognitivas de los estudiantes del VIII ciclo de enfermería sobre el Proceso de Atención de Enfermería en una Universidad Privada de Huancayo - 2023. El método de estudio fue básico, descriptivo simple, enfoque cuantitativo, transversal. La muestra fue no probabilística a conveniencia. Los resultados muestran que a nivel global las competencias cognitivas fueron altas con un 52.3%. El objetivo del presente trabajo es determinar el nivel de conocimiento sobre el proceso de atención enfermería en licenciados enfermeros del Instituto Regional de Enfermedades Neoplásicas del Centro - Concepción 2022. La metodología aplicada es de tipo básico con nivel descriptivo, diseño no experimental de corte transversal, la muestra constituida por 53 licenciados, el muestreo fue no probabilístico por conveniencia, como técnica la encuesta e instrumento el cuestionario.
