The paper analyzes the case of Adriana Smith, a pregnant woman who suffered brain death in Georgia, USA, and whose body was kept on life support to preserve the fetus despite her family’s opposition. From the perspective of Peruvian law, it examines the legal definition of death (irreversible cessation of brain activity) and the legal nature of the corpse as a sui generis object, protected by post-mortem rights derived from prior personality. It highlights that, in Peru, the unborn is recognized as a legal subject from conception, with special protection of life, constitutionally and legally acknowledged. Article 10 of the Civil Code allows the use of corpses to prolong human life, requiring that the family be informed but without needing their consent. Exposure to high-altitude hypobaric hypoxia provides a useful pathophysiological model for studying the brain's response to reduced oxygen availability. In this study, gene expression was analyzed in different brain regions (hypothalamus, striatum, hippocampus, and cerebral cortex) of rats exposed to 3153 m a.s.l., focusing on markers of inflammation and cellular adaptation: NLRP3, IL-1β, and HIF-1α. For the samples obtained from each brain region, three consecutive procedures were performed following the manufacturer's instructions: total RNA extraction, reverse transcription to complementary DNA (cDNA), and quantification by real-time PCR (qPCR). Findings showed limited induction of NLRP3, whereas IL-1β and HIF-1α were markedly overexpressed. Several and recent neuroscientific studies have accumulated empirical evidence about the maturation and neurodevelopmental processes that occur in the human brain during the first months and years of life. This immaturity gives the human brain under construction greater plasticity and learning capacity, but also leads to greater vulnerability to harmful and toxic agents from the environment. El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación es reconocer que, para comprender al cerebro, debe haber un trabajo interdisciplinario combinando enfoques, para generar perspectivas más potentes en su capacidad explicativa y aplicada. Al tratar de responder preguntas relativas a la percepción, la memoria, el aprendizaje o el lenguaje, los neurocientíficos no pueden aislarse de otros investigadores científicos, como la psicología, la pedagogía, la filosofía, la lingüística o las ciencias cognitivas y sociales. El presente trabajo, de carácter transdisciplinario, proporciona el funcional del cerebro y cómo percibe las sensaciones de la percepción, al igual de cómo actúa de manera cognitiva y motora.

El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación es la coordinación funcional es el pilar básico que deben desarrollar los niños y niñas, como base para un desarrollo adecuado, no habrá ningún problema en el desarrollo de la motricidad fina y grande. Evidentemente, la coordinación de las funciones ojo-mano y ojo-pie de niños y niñas es necesaria, y la falta de conocimiento y formación de los profesores es un obstáculo para el trabajo normal, así se refleja. En las primeras etapas de un niño, la abundancia del cerebro es un resultado directo del establecimiento de conexiones entre neuronas. La investigación justifica el valor de la experiencia del aburrimiento, ahondando en su relevancia en el marco de la sociedad contemporánea. La metodología está situada dentro del paradigma interpretativo de enfoque cualitativo, bajo una investigación de tipo teórico y un diseño de carácter descriptivo. Las categorías apriorísticas tienen sustento epistemológico en las teorías de Husserl (1962), Heidegger (1997), Nietzsche (2003), Schopenhauer (2004) y Sartre (2016).
