ALL IN PERÚ es una propuesta donde se podrá encontrar cada rincón del Perú, así el extranjero interno como externo podrá tener una amplia gama de elecciones, tanto como en servicios turísticos, los mejores restaurantes y hoteles. Esta plataforma va dirigido a usuarios peruanos como extranjeros, mujeres y hombres entre los 18 y 35 años, con un nivel socio económico A y B que tengan un estilo de vida moderno y que estén dispuestos a pagar por más deleite. Nuestro ingreso, el cual vendría hacer la cantidad recibida por cada usuario que reserva mediante nuestra página o aplicación. La presente idea de negocio consta en un bar con juegos, donde el principal atractivo y diferenciador será la experiencia que tendrán los clientes gracias a la variedad de juegos que se presentan en los locales, lo cual hace que sea una idea de negocio innovadora. El primer local en Lima se ubicará en Miraflores, posteriormente planeamos expandirnos a distritos aledaños, así como en otras provincias de Perú. Siendo para el primer año nuestro local ubicado en Lima, y para el segundo y tercer año planeamos abrir locales en Arequipa y Piura. Asimismo, para el cuarto y quinto año, planeamos tener franquicias en otros países, en este caso empezar en México. Sign languages are natural and native languages. In recent years they have gained importance in the university context in the area of research, development of materials, and academic events. Some research groups have been created and are dedicated to their grammatical, pedagogical or technological study. The aim of this paper is to give an account of the academic work on the dissemination, teaching and interculturality of sign languages. From the standpoint of an overall view, people are led into the controversial problem of addiction, the first step is to clear away the main scientific and social prejudices that distort the true visualization of this phenomenom, these prejudices have an unsteadying influence in the handling of this problem in the health area and are further damaging to the community. Governance in the Republic is strongly influenced by history, which has its roots in the early Andean civilization that culminated in the Inca Empire or Tawantinsuyo, which formed an autarchic State in economic terms, with relative social welfare and despotic in political terms. Over the millennia, the Andeans developed technologies appropriate to their environment, occupied the territory rationally, established an immense network of roads and ensured sufficient food production to meet the needs of the population, despite the scarcity of agricultural land. Although they did not know writing, they created the "quipus", colored cords with different types of knots with which they could keep accounts and administer the vast territory they came to occupy (research is underway to prove that the qui pus were actually a writing system).

Confronted with the challenges of the globalized world, recent research suggests that identification with humanity has socio-affective roots and is driven by the celebration of collective rituals that promote benevolence and universalism. This paper analyzes the relation of a self-transcendent emotion (i.e., Awe) lived in local collective meetings with human identity. We conducted a across-sectional study in Mexico and the Basque Country (N = 656), and the results of structural equation modelling shows that this emotion increases the identification with humanity, well-being (directly) and prosocial behavior (indirectly). Further, the intensity of this emotion also predicted the perception of emotional synchrony while controlling for more stable and trait-alike variables. The news of the proximity of the Liberating Expedition and the subsequent presence of José de San Martín’s army in the Viceroyalty of Peru generated a series of desertions within the royalist army, both among the high command and among the common troops. We will analyze the measures used by both the viceregal government and the Liberation Army between 1820 and 1822 to solve logistical problems and, especially, to stop desertions. Moreover, the study will be emphasized on the possible reasons why this situation occurred. Likewise, the measures and sanctions taken against these deserters and the effects that this had on the morale of each army will be explained.

Tax Administration has issued resolutions assessing deemed dividends as secondary adjustments with the rates of 4.1% or 5% as a consequence of having proposed a primary adjustment in a transfer pricing audit. However, we believe this assessment, in the way that SUNAT is applying it, does not have legal basis. This position has been ratified by recent Sentences issued by the Fiscal Tribunal.

El siguiente trabajo tiene como objetivo general determinar cuál es la relación entre el financiamiento y competitividad en la empresa All Desing Proyectos S.A.C. el diseño de la investigación fue no experimental, transversal descriptiva correlacional la población está conformada por los empleados de la empresa ubicada en villa maría del triunfo, asimismo la muestra tomada es de 30 empleados.
