El presente aporte se circunscribe a uno de los más serios problemas de la criminalística peruana, el abandono de la poroscopia, disciplina abocada al estudio de los poros presentes en la piel. Para ello, se efectuó el estudio de la literatura nacional e internacional que versa sobre la dimensión teórica de esta rama del saber y la evidencia empírica referida a su aplicación. Se concluyó que, el uso de la poroscopia optimizaría la identificación personal, al reducir varios de los equívocos provocados por el empleo aislado de los dos primeros niveles de análisis dactilar, e incrementaría la fiabilidad de las homologaciones, motivos por los que la misma debe ser implementada a nivel nacional.

Twenty seven homing pigeons (10 males and 17 females) were biometrically studied and the bilateral symmetry (right-left) level was evaluated. Analysed traits were the length of outer external rectrices, length of the wing and length of the second primary feather. The aim of the study was to check whether there is a relationship between the degree of asymmetry level and general health of the birds (expressed as a measure of body condition). Measurements showed a normal distribution and without differences according to the body condition, indicating a high degree of stable growth.

The purpose of this research was to determine the degree of relationship between Knowledge Management and Job Satisfaction in teachers of the educational institutions of the Initial level of the city of Puno. Objective. Understand the perspective of patients in relation to the current way of obtaining an appointment in primary health care. Methods. A bibliography search was performed in the online databases in Spanish and English. The main source was sought by reviewing the bibliographical references of the publications. Results. It was found that the shift to virtuality has made it easier for users to access a primary health care appointment, reducing waiting time and paving the way for non-face-to-face care; the level of user satisfaction has increased positively. Conclusions. Phone and virtual requests are here to stay; these are not intended to replace face-to-face requests, but they are a necessary tool to improve the quality of care for users.

Los Defectos del Tubo neural son la segunda malformación congénita más frecuente a nivel mundial. Objetivo: Identificar la prevalencia y los factores asociados a Defectos del Tubo Neural en los recién nacidos del Hospital Hipólito Unanue de Tacna durante los años 2000 a 2020. Materiales y métodos: Estudio observacional, analítico, de casos y controles de tipo retrospectivo. La muestra población incluyo a todos los recién nacidos (69,687) del servicio de Neonatología del Hospital Hipólito Unanue de Tacna cuyos partos fueron atendidos durante los años 2000 a 2020. This paper is based on the premise that parole assumes the configuration of rights and the objective was to reach an approximation to the implications of such a postulate in the Peruvian legal system. For that purpose, an analysis of the national and international literature that deals with the dogmatic and applicational dimensions of these figures was carried out. It was concluded that it is not possible to restrict the legal application of early release, regardless of the seriousness of the crime or sentence imposed, and that the concession factors to be legislated must be based on empirical evidence related to recidivism.

The present research aimed to examine whether perfectionism and some demographic variables can predict levels of resilience (and their dimensions) in adults from Venezuela. The design was cross-sectional predictive, through logistic regression analysis. Participants were 313 Venezuelan mature adults (M = 46.44 years), mostly women (82.7%), residents of the interior of the country (70.9%), with higher education (64.2%), and paid employment (67.9%). An adapted version of the Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale (Frost et al., 1990) and the Resilience Scale for Adults (Hernández y Lezama, 2016) was applied via Google Forms. Objetivo: El presente trabajo se realizó para determinar la relación entre la caries dental y el PH salival en adolescentes de la Institución Educativa Secundaria “Francisco Bolognesi” de la ciudad de Abancay -Apurímac en el año 2017. Materiales y métodos: En este trabajo se tomó como muestra a 67 adolescentes varones de entre 12 y 13 años de la Institución Educativa Secundaria “Francisco Bolognesi”. La reciente identificación de las subunidades nicotínicas a9 y a10 en células sensoriales del aparato auditivo y en neuronas de los ganglios raquídeos, motivaron a investigar la posible expresión de estas subunidades en el parénquima adrenomedular. Mediante la técnica electrofisiológica de “patch-clamp”, se ha medido las corrientes mediadas por los receptores nicotínicos de la acetilcolina en células cromafines de rata (nAChRs). Dos agonistas nicotínicos, la acetilcolina (ACh) y nicotina (Nic) activaron corrientes con una concentración eficaz 50 (CE50) de 63 y 24μM, respectivamente. El artículo pretende discutir, a la luz del debate contemporáneo entre moralidad y eticidad, los modelos de comportamiento moral en el Perú. La crítica a la moralidad (moral moderna) se desarrolla contrastando los ideales y la práctica de los liberales independentistas del S. XIX. A pesar de existir una mezcla de contenidos morales, las alternativas que se buscan posteriormente implican un retorno a la moral aristotélica y cristiana (eticidad). Esto es lo que se observa en filósofos como Alejandro Deustua, en políticos como Víctor Andrés Belaunde y José Carlos Mariátegui, y particularmente en la narrativa de José María Arguedas.

Objective. To determine the effectiveness of nutritional intervention in beneficiaries of soup kitchens in Lima, 2022. Methods. The study was of an applicative type, specifcally pre-experimental design (without control group) and longitudinal cut. The population consisted of all the benefciaries of the soup kitchens of San Luis. The sample consisted of 110 benefciaries of soup kitchens. Results. The nutritional diagnosis changed positively. Regarding the anthropometric evaluation, the median BMI decreased from 27.95 to 26.04; the MAMC decreased from 30.05 to 28.20 and the PAB decreased from 90.00 to 88.00. Este estudio investigó los proyectos de vida de 40 adolescentes con indicios de altas habilidades/superdotación, divididos igualmente en cuanto al sexo y tipo de superdotación (escolar o creativo-productiva). Para ello, preguntamos, a través del método clínico piagetiano, cuáles eran los proyectos de vida de los jóvenes y las justificaciones para cada una de las proyecciones. Se presentaron 229 proyectos, con énfasis para ‘formación académica’, ‘actividad profesional’, y ‘relación afectiva’. This paper shows a mismatch between a real and pressing demand for a philosophical analysis that allows us to explain the emergence of new phenomena in law, and the limited supply of theoretical tools to satisfy this demand by the traditional model of positivistic science of law. After an initial diagnosis of a mismatch between supply and demand, the resistance of legal positivism to accept practical rationality stands out as a core problem of the traditional model of positivistic science of law and the viability of this way of rationality is defended. The paper concludes with a proposal for the reinvention of the philosophy of law of the 21st century that incorporates new objectives and rethinks its method.

This article reconstructs the notion of action that, anchored in a wider account of imputation practices, Hegel develops in the “Morality” chapter ofhis Philosophy of Right, beginning with a preliminary clarification of what it means that “crime” designates something that has the status of an action. Considering a set of premises found in some recent analytically oriented interpretations of Hegel’s work developed by Robert Brandom and Michael Quante, I examine the distinction proposed by Hegel between the concepts of deed and action, to then clarify the meaning of the “·right of knowledge” and its relationship to the “right of intention”. This enables one to make explicit the particular form of “compatiblism” that can be extracted from Hegel’s philosophy as a way to face the problem of moral luck.

My goal for this paper can be presented as follows: I will attempt to show that objections to intuitionism, although they are serious, do not undermine entirely its fertility for knowledge and moral reasoning. This is probably the perception of contemporary philosophers like David Enoch, Robert Audi, Russ Shafer-Landau or John McDowell.
