This article arises in view of the objective need to determine what are the causes why the Peruvian university, in general, is facing the current crisis that can be perceived as a product of the lack of application of a good part of the scope established in the National Strategic Plan regarding the university and its operation. This lack of application is what has resulted in the conditions that are seen within the problematic of university education, trying to explain it in the best way to understand this conflictive situation. The general conclusion is aimed at determining guidelines that lead to understand the underlying problem and to be aware of the need for competent authorities to act on the aforementioned crisis in order to seek to reverse the current situation that is occurring.

At present there are several problems that affect students and their academic performance such as low socioeconomic status that can cause lack of resources both in their homes and in the school. In addition to psychological and personal problems in which students can be involved. According to various national and international examinations the academic level in Peru is quite low because the problems mentioned above are difficult to identify, it is not possible to propose a viable solution, which is why we propose a Machine Learning model based on Clustering algorithms such as KMeans, Birch and Aglomerative that manage to group students by the most relevant characteristics or disadvantages they present.

The objective of the research was to promote problem-based learning for the development of general skills of the students of the E.A.P. of Language and Literature of the National University San Luis Gonzaga, 2021. Materials and methods. The literature search was carried out through the main databases, published between 2017 and 2021. Likewise, it was developed within the framework of the research line of Society, environmental public policies and sustainable development of the postgraduate unit. Desde la asunción al poder del nuevo gobierno democrático de Hernán Siles, en octubre de 1982, se habló mucho de una nueva campaña de alfabetización y educación popular. Las críticas circunstancias económicas y políticas que permanentemente estuvieron zarandeando al nuevo gobierno durante sus casi tres años en el poder no permitieron llevar adelante ninguna campaña masiva. Pero sí llegó a constituirse una oficina especializada, llamada SENALEP (servicio Nacional de Alfabetización y Educación Popular), que sistematizó un nuevo modelo de educación popular inter-cultural, produjo una serie de materiales innovativos, y promocionó varias experiencias educativas de este nuevo marco referencial.

Objective: To determine the nutritional state in less than five years Peruvian children. Design: Evaluation of antropometric indicators. Setting: Post Graduate Program in Public Nutrition, La Molina Agriculture National University and Department of Statistics and Informatics. Material and Methods: Data bases of the 1991/1992, 1996 and 2000 Demographic Surveys and Familiar Health were analyzed (Endes). Main outcome measures: Nutrition in less than five year-old children. Results: Chronic undernourishment diminished from 39% to 32%, global undernourishment from 12% to 9% and acute undernourishment from 2% to 1% during the studied period. Overweight and obese children increased from 17% and 5% to 19% and 7%, respectively. Objetive: To determine the relationship between the self-perception of the SNAPPS method and the level of satisfaction of the medical student of a public university in Trujillo 2020 - 2021. Methods: the cross-sectional, retrospective correlational descriptive work evaluated 190 students enrolled in the years 2020 and 2021 in the 5th year of medicine at the National University of Trujillo through a virtual form. Results: The average age was 24.42 years (21-42 years). 59.5% were male, and the majority were men with 59.5%. The dimension of the highest level in the self-perception of the SNAPPS method was in skills, collaboration and virtual support and resources.
