The information's management on the traceability of wood in Peru is complicated by multiple causes. In this article we present our project, which seeks to propose a technological model that allows greater efficiency in the management of timber information so that sawmills in Peru can improve their administration. Our proposed model allows us to appreciate a possible improvement in the time it takes to obtain information on the traceability of wood compared to the traditional way in which work continues in Peru. Also, in the investigation a prototype application of traceable information was developed. The main contribution of the research consists in the design of a technological model that serves as a reference to develop a technological solution for the traceability of wood in Peru.

Food irradiation remains underutilized in Brazil, despite the approval and regulation of the official health authority since 1973. However, consumers risk perception, mostly due to lack of information about the technology, seem to be the main barrier to the adoption of food irradiation by the Brazilian industries, like in other countries. The objective of the research is to identify the most representative variables considered critical for success in adoption processes in technology applicable to projects based on information technology and communications (ICT) in the framework of the digital transformation of organizations. For its identification, a cause-and-effect analysis is applied where the relationships that exist between ICT projects emerge and a categorization of technology projects for digital transformation framed in a classic evolution of projects, it is believed that before undertaking projects of this type it is important to consult this article in order to know in advance the variables that will guarantee successful projects.

In the current digital era, efficiently accessing relevant information is crucial for various applications such as restaurant recommendation systems, website searches, book recommendations, among others. This study presents an approach for personalized recommendations in improving the customer service process in restaurants using OpenAI's Contextual Chatbot. The approach consists of six phases: (1) Data preprocessing, (2) Embedding and storage, (3) Scheduled updating, (4) Document retrieval, (5) Context adaptation and request creation, and (6) Response generation. La investigación tuvo como objetivo general: Conocer el análisis del tratamiento de la información en la prensa escrita de Iquitos. La investigación fue de tipo descriptivo y de diseño no experimental de tipo descriptivo transversal. La población la conformó todos los lectores de la PRENSA ESCRITA EN IQUITOS. La muestra estuvo conformada por 60 lectores de la prensa escrita de Iquitos. La selección de la muestra fue en forma no aleatoria, intencionada. In this paper, we propose an optimization model for medical services processes to reduce waiting time using process mining. In medical services, there is a high percentage of dissatisfaction with medical care due to the processes related to appointment booking and waiting time for medical consultation. As a result, patients change medical services due to the urgency of the symptoms they suffer, generating distrust in health services in Peru. Through a medical information system, events of medical care processes are collected for analysis using the Celonis tool. This study focuses on analyzing the influence of chatbot implementation on the export of information technology services in China, South Korea, Hong Kong during the period 2019-2022.The methodology employed a systematic review of scientific literature, making the development mostly a qualitative descriptive design.Additionally, 30 research articles were selected to analyze how personalization of interactions with clients, self-service, and the collection of feedback in chatbots influence the exportation of information technology services.The findings indicate that the implementation of chatbots has emerged as a critical factor in optimizing the processes of exporting information technology services in a highly competitive and digitized market.

Este trabajo analiza la decisión en mayoría adoptada por el Tribunal Constitucional en el marco de la sentencia recaída en el expediente N.º 03549-2021-AA/TC. Es un proceso constitucional de amparo en la que se analiza si hubo vulneración del derecho a la tutela procesal efectiva, el debido proceso y, en especial, el derecho a la debida motivación de las decisiones. El Banco Central de Reserva del Perú afirma que la casación 14107-2017 Lima, del 1 de diciembre de 2017 debe ser declarada nula por contravenir los derechos antes mencionados. Al respecto, el Tribunal Constitucional señala que no hubo vulneración de ningún derecho, muchos menos del derecho a la debida motivación, puesto que la sentencia fue correctamente motivada. In this paper, we present a novel system that combines process discovery and conformance checking to optimize resource usage in the operations area of banking companies. Our proposed system improves upon previous solutions by integrating real-time process mining techniques to reduce resource consumption in banking operations. Understanding why users continue or discontinue using specific technology is vital for its providers. Existing literature has explored the reasons for continuance and discontinuance by taking into account both rational and emotional factors. However, one question remains unanswered: Why do some users depend more on rational factors for decision-making, while others rely more on emotional factors? This study addresses this question by integrating cognitive decision-making styles and the fear of making incorrect decisions into traditional continued usage models.
