La presente investigación cuantitativa describe la relación entre la identidad profesional y las preferencias profesionales en una muestra de estudiantes (n = 31) de Educación de una universidad privada de Arequipa. Para ello se utilizaron dos instrumentos: (a) el Cuestionario de Identidad Profesional de Walter Arias, y (b) el Inventario de Preferencias Profesionales de José Luis Pereyra. Se encontró que el 62 % de estudiantes de la muestra tienen preferencia por la carrera de Educación, mientras que el 23 % no tiene definidas sus preferencias profesionales. El estudio tiene como propósito, dar a conocer a través de una detallada explicación los caminos que propone la norma específica para incorporar por primera vez un predio en un registro jurídico que en Perú es el Registro de Predios a cargo de Superintendencia Nacional de los Registros Públicos (SUNARP). Así, el trabajo consiste en dar a conocer, las formas y procedimientos que la Ley establece para la inscripción de predios con vocación urbana o rural mediante la primera inscripción de dominio que conduzca a la inmatriculación, señalaremos expresamente las vías y los presupuestos necesarios para lograrlo, es necesario recordar que en Perú la inscripción en el Registro de Predios es enteramente facultativa. “The power of the sacred and the community. A tracking from Durkheim to Bataille in the College of Sociology”. This paper studies the notion of sacred in Durkheim’s developments within the French sociological school and of those from Georges Bataille in the College of Sociology. Considering the peculiarity of these developments, which had influence in the early twentieth century, we show the broadening of the interpretation of the sacred to other phenomena different from religious issues, pointing the potential of this concept in the formulation of a critique of secular modernity. So, the sacred is the nodal point from which both Durkheim and Bataille, each one from his own perspective, problematizes the social effervescence, where, also, community becomes a central problem, raising questions and issues in the realm of contemporary political thought.

El presente artículo presenta los resultados de una investigación realizada a finales 2010 y que se relaciona con el desarrollo de los trabajos colaborativos al interior del aula virtual en el curso Herramientas Informáticas, de la Universidad Nacional Abierta y a Distancia (UNAD) de Colombia. Para conocer la percepción de los estudiantes, se presenta el cuestionario CAWA de trabajo colaborativo, el cual fue diseñado para esta investigación y, por último, se muestran algunas recomendaciones a tener en cuenta a la hora de realizar actividades colaborativas en ambientes virtuales.
