Throughout the history of Procedural Law, a theme which undoubtedly calls for greater importance is the right of action, however, today does not have greater presence. Accordingly, the focus has moved towards the effective jurisdictional protection due to the phenomenon of constitutionalisation which the right of action has crossed. the author, in addition to analyzing the most important landmarks in the development of right of action, also focuses on the study of what is currently happening with effective judicial protection in order to reach a truly effective process thatensures our rights.

This article examines the challenges and trends of Artificial Intelligence (AI) from an international and national legal perspective, focusing on relevant cases in Mexico and around the world. It analyzes the current legal framework and its interpretation, emphasizing the importance of considering AI as a tool whose responsibility lies with its users. Additionally, it explores the Human Rights involved and the legal capacity of AI in terms of rights and obligations, highlighting some judicial precedents in Mexico. The article aims to provide, as far as possible, a comprehensive view of how different branches of law must adapt and evolve in response to the advancement of AI.

The object of the principle of material truth is to assure the certainty of facts in order to be able to issue a ruling as close to reality as possible. The principle has an intimate relationship with the limitation periods which, as regulated in our Tax Code, are only established as minimum terms in which the tax debt or has to comply with the administration’s requirements, without specifying any maximum. The author explains how it is that the terms regarding the presentation of documents have to be fixed considering the civilian’s interestand not against it. He affirms that, as long as the collection procedure of a certain period has not concluded, the debtor has the faculty to offer information and arguments to the administration in order to sustain his statement, allowing him to discuss the objections formulated against him.

La presente investigación tiene por finalidad aportar a la profesión de ingeniero químico el conocimiento sobre el mejoramiento de la calidad de la industria papelera. Así mismo evaluar el incremento de las características de calidad como consecuencia del uso del LODO en el proceso productivo del LADRILLO. Las muestras se realizaron estableciendo antes la cantidad óptima del compuesto a utilizarse para la corrida de pruebas en planta, una vez establecida la cantidad a utilizarse se procederá a evaluar las características como la humedad, resistencia y el ahorro de costo de material directo. La presente investigación, denominada “Estudio de las estructuras funerarias en la margen derecha de la cuenca del Vilcanota, Cerro Jachi sectores de Toqoqaqa y Hacho - Comunidad Ccollotaro - Caicay - Paucartambo - 2022”, tiene como propósito estudiar las estructuras funerarias prehispánicas, reconocer e identificar las técnicas constructivas y materiales de construcción. Se inició con la prospección superficial en campo y con el apoyo de un drone, se identificó las estructuras funerarias de los sectores de Toqoqaqa y Hacho. Posteriormente, se realizó el registro arqueológico empleando las técnicas de registro escrito, gráfico y fotográfico; los datos obtenidos fueron analizados y procesados en el gabinete.
