The current article tries to put in agenda the role of researchers and University around inventions and patents as product of researching of the teacher-researchers of Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos (UNMSM), trying to convalidate a set of relationships of equity where benefits and compensations will be levered up, that have to be sustained in a properly labor system from researchers that guarantee and satisfies, in one hand, the role of them with a correct distribution, and in the other hand, the continuity and accredittation of the UNMSM as a contribuitor to the country development in the line of inventions and patents.

This current work has the aim of guiding San Marcos University Researchers in all issues regarding industrial copyright which are economy generators and at the same time allowers university quality accreditation and social pertinence.

In some Peruvian companies, exploits of technological transformation, digitization and automation inherent in the use of Artificial Intelligence are observed. In this sense, the article explores and describes, from a qualitative approach, the use of artificial intelligence in Peru and the possible impact on workers due to the creation of new jobs and the disappearance of others due to the use of these technologies. The present article becomes of an exploratory investigation whose initial purpose the knowledge of the nanotech was centered in the university community (UNMSM and other), that which allowed to document us in the impacts of the nanotech in some aspects of the society (thinking of the Peruvian society) taking like reference the health and the feeding; as well as the innovations that it would happen in the production, circulation and commercialization of products with technology. This article, within the current framework of the so-called collaborative economy, evaluates whether the taxi app (Uber) that offers services in Peru (Lima), do so in accordance with the minimum principles of decent consumption, that is, if they provide a good taxi transport service, taking into account that in Europe these services have been classified within the public transport of taxis (Judgment of the European Court in 2017). This article deals with evaluating fatal accidents in work environments in groups of companies in various sectors of the economy with the aim of describing and understanding if the State regulations are assimilated by business management in the sense of complying with them to avoid fatal accidents that it involves loss of human life. This study is carried out under a qualitative approach, for which statistics from the Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion, documents or accident reports in official and unofficial publications, observations, and expert interviews are used. The results conclude that the State regulations on safety at work have not penetrated the business behavior of the companies evaluated that fail to comply with the legal mandate, facilitating workplace accidents with the loss of workers' lives.

El tema de la prospectiva involucra una nueva necesidad de las administraciones, sean estas públicas o privadas, para preparar con eficiencia y eficacia los planeamientos estratégicos institucionales, ante un mundo tan complejo y con predominio de la incertidumbre.En este caso, hemos querido interrelacionar la prospectiva (el futuro) con los problemas de naturaleza global o mundial, tratando de mostrar y alertar a lasnuevas generaciones sobre el planeta que recibirán en relación con el ambiente y su problemática, tal como el cambio climático acelerado por el hombre, entre otros de naturaleza global, de tal manera que hagan hoy lo que les corresponde, para vivir un futuro más humano.

El presente artículo deviene de una investigación exploratoria cuya finalidad inicial se centraba el conocimiento de la nanotecnología en la comunidad universitaria (UNMSM y otros), lo cual nos permitió documentarnos en los impactos de la nanotecnología en algunos aspectos de la sociedad (pensando en la sociedad peruana) tomando como referencia la salud y la alimentación; así como también las innovaciones que traería consigo en la producción, circulación y comercialización de productos con esta tecnología. Asimismo los cambios que se gestarían para la regulación de la nanotecnología para evitar excesos que podrían tener su uso, comercialización y aplicación, entre otras que traería consigo esta forma de innovar.
