El presente aporte se circunscribe a uno de los más serios problemas de la criminalística peruana, el abandono de la poroscopia, disciplina abocada al estudio de los poros presentes en la piel. Para ello, se efectuó el estudio de la literatura nacional e internacional que versa sobre la dimensión teórica de esta rama del saber y la evidencia empírica referida a su aplicación. Se concluyó que, el uso de la poroscopia optimizaría la identificación personal, al reducir varios de los equívocos provocados por el empleo aislado de los dos primeros niveles de análisis dactilar, e incrementaría la fiabilidad de las homologaciones, motivos por los que la misma debe ser implementada a nivel nacional.

Twenty seven homing pigeons (10 males and 17 females) were biometrically studied and the bilateral symmetry (right-left) level was evaluated. Analysed traits were the length of outer external rectrices, length of the wing and length of the second primary feather. The aim of the study was to check whether there is a relationship between the degree of asymmetry level and general health of the birds (expressed as a measure of body condition). Measurements showed a normal distribution and without differences according to the body condition, indicating a high degree of stable growth.

The purpose of this research was to determine the degree of relationship between Knowledge Management and Job Satisfaction in teachers of the educational institutions of the Initial level of the city of Puno. Objective. Understand the perspective of patients in relation to the current way of obtaining an appointment in primary health care. Methods. A bibliography search was performed in the online databases in Spanish and English. The main source was sought by reviewing the bibliographical references of the publications. Results. It was found that the shift to virtuality has made it easier for users to access a primary health care appointment, reducing waiting time and paving the way for non-face-to-face care; the level of user satisfaction has increased positively. Conclusions. Phone and virtual requests are here to stay; these are not intended to replace face-to-face requests, but they are a necessary tool to improve the quality of care for users.

This paper is based on the premise that parole assumes the configuration of rights and the objective was to reach an approximation to the implications of such a postulate in the Peruvian legal system. For that purpose, an analysis of the national and international literature that deals with the dogmatic and applicational dimensions of these figures was carried out. It was concluded that it is not possible to restrict the legal application of early release, regardless of the seriousness of the crime or sentence imposed, and that the concession factors to be legislated must be based on empirical evidence related to recidivism.

The present research aimed to examine whether perfectionism and some demographic variables can predict levels of resilience (and their dimensions) in adults from Venezuela. The design was cross-sectional predictive, through logistic regression analysis. Participants were 313 Venezuelan mature adults (M = 46.44 years), mostly women (82.7%), residents of the interior of the country (70.9%), with higher education (64.2%), and paid employment (67.9%). An adapted version of the Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale (Frost et al., 1990) and the Resilience Scale for Adults (Hernández y Lezama, 2016) was applied via Google Forms. Organization was a positive predictor of resilience and two of its dimensions (OR = 1.13 - 1.27), while fear of mistakes was a negative predictor of resilience and “morality and values” (OR = 0.96). Objective. To determine the effectiveness of nutritional intervention in beneficiaries of soup kitchens in Lima, 2022. Methods. The study was of an applicative type, specifcally pre-experimental design (without control group) and longitudinal cut. The population consisted of all the benefciaries of the soup kitchens of San Luis. The sample consisted of 110 benefciaries of soup kitchens. Results. The nutritional diagnosis changed positively. Regarding the anthropometric evaluation, the median BMI decreased from 27.95 to 26.04; the MAMC decreased from 30.05 to 28.20 and the PAB decreased from 90.00 to 88.00. The text examines the two methods of interpretation used in the American Common Law: textualism and contextualism. After looking at the parties’ preference for textualism, it highlights the reasons why it appears to be the most effective method. This method is more respectful of their wishes and is able to interpret the needs of the business world more effectively. En esta tesis analizo las imágenes de dos héroes nacionales, Miguel Grau y Túpac Amaru II, en textos escolares de historia producidos entre 1972 y el 2010. Puntualmente, estudio tres series de textos desarrolladas en los últimos 40 años. Estas son: Historia del Perú, de Telmo Salinas García, producida hacia inicios de la década de 1970; Historia del Perú, de Pablo Macera (1990); y la serie Enfoques de Editorial Norma (2010). Con estas series busco una perspectiva de proceso en relación con la producción de las imágenes indicadas, que comparten el espacio escolar desde fines de la década de 1960.

El presente artículo intenta abordar la problemática, desde el punto de vista del derecho laboral, que se presenta en torno a la interpretación de normas laborales partiendo de un análisis de fuentes, ya sea tanto fuente interna como internacional. Con lo cual, el autor aboga por mantener la esencia del principio protector del derecho laboral lo cual llevará a conjugar normas de las diferentes fuentes para proteger tanto al trabajador como a la estructura institucional y legal del derecho interno de cada país.

Esta tesis analiza la relación entre el neoindigenismo y la religión en la novela Fábula del animal que no tiene paradero del peruano Juan Morillo Ganoza. El núcleo del análisis consistirá en identificar las formas en que las creencias religiosas sirven para configurar un universo ficticio de urdimbre neoindigenista, en que los conflictos sociales se explican mediante la creencia del predominio del diablo en la tierra. Estas particularidades señaladas permiten identificar a esta novela como un caso de neoindigenismo religioso, concepto propuesto en esta investigación, que puede ser aplicado a otras ficciones peruanas de características similares.

El trabajo de investigación tuvo por OBJETIVO Evaluar el cumplimiento de las BPD de medicamentos en establecimientos farmacéuticos del barrio Laykakota, la METODOLOGIA fue de tipo descriptivo no experimental, Prospectivo, Transversal, Según la intervención de los investigadores fue de tipo Observacional. Los RESULTADOS indican que del total de encuestados (100%), el (23,3%), Cumplen con las BPD (Bueno), se observa que (63,3%), Cumplen medianamente (Regular) y (13,3%) no cumplen con las BPD respecto a la recepción de la prescripción hasta el proceso de entrega de los productos. CONCLUSION: No cumplen las BPD ya que más del 75% de los encuestados se encuentran en el rango de regular y malo sobre las BPD

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo el estudio de la relevancia de la memoria cultural en la puesta en escena de La Orestiada, dirigida por Peter Stein. En ella se evoca, a través de diversos signos teatrales, una memoria perteneciente a la cultura griega, pero que permite ver las grandes similitudes que esta aún guarda con el mundo contemporáneo. A partir de una negociación entre los signos referentes a dos épocas y culturas distintas, la memoria cultural presente en la puesta en escena permite que Stein realice sutiles, pero profundos paralelos entre la tragedia griega y la Alemania de los ochenta. Percepciones respecto al color, ciertos rituales y la vigencia del sistema democrático, acreditan este paralelo que permite identificar modelos culturales en la obra de Stein.
