El obispo de Trujillo dejó un testimonio gráfico de su visita pastoral a las provincias serranas del norte del virreinato peruano en el llamado Códice Martínez Compañón (1782-1785). Las partituras contenidas en ese documento son una fuente primaria indispensable para aquellos interesados en las músicas vernáculas del mundo andino. De hecho, algunas tonadas y bailes del Códice son, para muchos, evidencia de una historia de mestizaje cultural y de supervivencia de músicas prehispánicas. Otros añaden que la hibridez estilística de esa música podría interpretarse como un espacio de resistencia o contracultura indígena. El ahora llamado “Ensamble Códice” es una orquesta conformada por alumnos y egresados de la especialidad de Música de la PUCP, que hace arreglos contemporáneos de música peruana y latinoamericana, de parte del repertorio del Códice Martínez Compañón. Esta banda se genera dentro del contexto del curso de Ensamble Proyecto en el 2018, para el cual se involucra al maestro Arturo “Kike” Pinto como profesor de dicho curso, posteriormente director y arreglista musical, y hacia final del 2019, asesor del proyecto. El conjunto está enfocado en la difusión de este patrimonio cultural y en la revalorización de las piezas incluidas en el Códice (una de las primeras músicas populares en quedar registrada en partituras de nuestro territorio). With the social outbreak in Chile in October 2019, a series of demonstrations and citizen mobilizations of different sectors of society began, which promoted various requests for social claims and demands. It is from this event that, on November 12 of that year, a presidential speech was issued, through which three major agreements were proposed to overcome the crisis that was being experienced, and one of those agreements was the agreement for a new constitution.This promise gave rise to the formation of the Constitutional Convention, the body which, after a long and arduous period of work, has recently presented a new draft constitutional text, which will be accepted or rejected by means of a plebiscite to be held in September of this year. In this context, the purpose of the interview is to analyze and evaluate the most decisive aspects of the constitutional process.

The procedural charges that arise as activities of the parties in the jurisdictional process become like the original gender of the burden of proof; these are in the conceptualization of the thoughts of Goldschmidt and Carnelutti. The doctrine has treated procedural charges by basing the part of the discussion itself and is a faculty of an obligation; however, the controversy arises from the observation of the dynamics of the procedural norm and its structure, from which arises the consecutive character that generates the conduct of each one of the parties. Oral implantology is the discipline that has revolutionized dentistry, and it is of crucial importance to carry out a practice applying clinical procedures based on scientific evidence. Likewise, multiple protocols and consensuses have been developed. Adobe is one of the oldest construction materials that is still used in many seismic countries, and different construction techniques are found around the world. The adobe material is characterized as a brittle material; it has acceptable compression strength but it has poor performance under tensile and shear loading conditions. Numerical modelling is an alternative approach for studying the nonlinear behaviour of masonry structures such as adobe. The lack of a comprehensive experimental database on the adobe material properties motivated the study developed here. Electrocoagulation is frequently studied considering only the current or current density as a determining parameter when looking for the optimal conditions of wastewater treatment; however, these are correlated to the charge loading parameter that regulates the dose of metal to be dissolved. Due to this, the present study incorporates the charge loading to find the optimal conditions of treatment by electrocoagulation to the effluents of a dairy industry, “La Planta Piloto de Leche” of Universidad Nacional Agraria La Molina, taking as a variable response to the removal of turbidity. Work has been done in batch on prototypes of 2.2 liters of effective capacity. The tests on test rigs to simulate the real contact conditions generated between the teeth of a gear, but are expensive and of limited utility for its accuracy depends on the condition of equipment and material. The objective of this research is to develop a procedure that simulates the bending stress in gear teeth plastic through numerical simulation method and the study of the main parameters that affect the performance of plastic gears such as torque, power and efforts of these gears when in operation regime, comparing with the molten steel. The results of this research meet the general and specific objectives of the study, which will help in improving the technology of Peruvian industry.
