For more than a hundred years, the study of the parties involved in a crime has been extensively researched, becoming a crucial topic in the field of criminal law. Although there is a considerable amount of research on this issue in the common law and civil law systems, there has been a notable lack of interest in comparative law studies between the two systems. This paper presents a comparative law study between the aforementioned models, offering a parallel and analytical analysis to understand their application and the challenges associated with the implementation of these categories. La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre la variable marketing digital y el posicionamiento de un restaurante de mariscos en San Isidro, 2024. En la metodología se empleó el diseño no experimental de corte transversal y de tipo correlacional - descriptivo. De igual manera, se utilizó el enfoque cuantitativo y de tipo básica, donde la población fue de 303 clientes con una muestra de 170. Sumado a esto, la técnica de recolección de datos y el instrumento a emplear fue la encuesta, y el cuestionario. Los resultados alcanzados respecto al coeficiente de correlación tuvieron un valor de 0.651 el cual fue “positiva moderada" y con un Sig. de 0.000, rechazando así la hipótesis nula y afirmando que hay correlación significativa entre ambas variables en un restaurante de mariscos, en San Isidro, 2024. In this paper, we develop the theme of semiotics as the science that studies the processes of signification. As science explains and interprets verbal and nonverbal mechanisms used to communicate with the man, that is, to convey information about different realities; regularly does so through a range of signs. This is understandable, because in truth, the human being is a symbolic being, par excellence created, issued and interpreted signs, and in turn, organizes and systematizes through codes, in either case, culture is implicit. Without any doubt, to understand the nature of the human being and communication, one must understand the signs and codes. In this sense, for a better understanding and and we include a variety of examples, taken directly from users in a specific context.

It addresses from a linguistic point of view the general characteristics of the Spanish amixer code, (or Spanish amixer), which is a graphic code used by teenagers on the Internet, specifically on Facebook, its sources and basic training mechanisms, based on the analysis of a linguistic corpus. A description of the amixer and social media social group is made to extend the approach to this code.

Encontramos como primera oportunidad el litoral peruano, queriendo así aprovechar al máximo la explotación que los pescadores realizan. Existe un mercado insatisfecho en lo que se refiere al servicio al cliente y orientación en cuanto a como tratar y consumir al pescado y/o marisco (cocinarlo, filetearlo, etc.). Por otro lado la tendencia actual es a una alimentación más saludable. Por estas razones las personas se inclinan más al consumo del mismo. La estrategia aplicada será la de diferenciación, pues se ofrecerán servicios adicionales que no ofrece la competencia como: delivery y servicio de chef (enseñar a los clientes las diferentes opciones para preparar diversos platos a base de pescados y mariscos en la comodidad de sus hogares), dándole un valor agregado a nuestros clientes.

So far, Peruvian nuclear research reactors RP-10 and RP-0 have been operating only with uranium oxide fuel elements (U3O8+Al). In the future RP-10 reactor will operate with mixed cores (U3Si2+Al, U3O8+Al). For this reason the calculus capacity has to be increased in order to be able to handle the new fuel management. Since preparation of nuclear libraries for diffusion calculation requires a significant amount of computational and human resources a new tool that processes libraries generation and diffusion calculations is necessary.

El objetivo del estudio fue identificar la presencia o ausencia de Vibrio cholerae en mariscos expedidos en los principales mercados de Huánuco -Perú, 2019; fue una investigación observacional directa, se analizaron un total de 30 muestras entre marisco mixto, choros y camarones, sembrados en agar TCBS (Tiosulfato Citrato Bilis Sacarosa) para determinación de Vibrio cholerae y luego identificado mediante pruebas bioquímicas. Además de realizar una ficha epidemiológica para saber el modo de expendio de estos alimentos por parte de los comerciantes. The objective of this investigation is to identify and examine the characteristic segments that channel a type of discourse in the form of radio spots that infringes the Spanish advertising code of conduct. The work is focused on one of the most important principles for the consumer: that of truthfulness. The different types of misleading advertising have been analysed by means of factor analysis and its subsequent interpretation, based on a representative sample of radio spots that takes into account their broadcast frequency.

The title of this essay refers primarily to the positive rule governing the institution of divorce in Peru: the art. 348 of the Civil Code. This rule is widely developed in the Code and subsequent laws have being expanded the scope to include causal divorce that contradicts logic and common sense. Besides, it refers to what Gilbert K. Chesterton called “superstition divorce”: the perverse argument that states divorce is the panacea for all problems in family relationships. The author argues that for reasons of legal, ethical, social, political and anthropological nature, the state and society are obliged to promote and defend marriage and the family; and the indissoluble character of marriage.
