The crime of omission of family assistance was incorporated into our legal system through Law No. 13906, enacted on March 24, 1962. It has been subject to multiple legal and juridical modifications; moreover, since 2015, it has increased excessively, so that it constitutes more than half of the total number of judicial processes at the national level. Due to its importance, this article, from a practical approach, analyzes its normative and jurisprudential modifications so that this crime can be more easily understood.

El obispo de Trujillo dejó un testimonio gráfico de su visita pastoral a las provincias serranas del norte del virreinato peruano en el llamado Códice Martínez Compañón (1782-1785). Las partituras contenidas en ese documento son una fuente primaria indispensable para aquellos interesados en las músicas vernáculas del mundo andino. De hecho, algunas tonadas y bailes del Códice son, para muchos, evidencia de una historia de mestizaje cultural y de supervivencia de músicas prehispánicas. Otros añaden que la hibridez estilística de esa música podría interpretarse como un espacio de resistencia o contracultura indígena. International Private Law has gone through several changes and modifications, in step with the globalization phenomenon, for whichthe relations between citizens of different countries have become more frequent and complex. In that regard, it is necessary to ask how International Private Law should react tobe in accordance with the new scenarios.In this article, the author examines the general and patrimonial aspects of International Private Law that he considers must be redefined, comparing the current dispositions of the Peruvian Civil Code with international regulations and national reform projects, and introducing a modification proposal for each topic.

Os produtos defensivos tem sido utilizados em grande escala para garantir a produtividade de diversas culturas. O uso indiscriminado destes produtos tem resultado em impactos negativos ao ambiente, principalmente com resíduos tóxicos na água, solo, ar, plantas e animais. O fipronil é um inseticida que pertence ao grupo dos fenilpirazois utilizado amplamente na cultura de cana-de-açúcar, que por lixiviação ou encorreamento aumenta as possibilidades de atingir o ecosistema aquático. O presente estudo objetivou avaliar o risco ambiental ecotoxicológico a partir da concentração letal 50 durante 96 h (CL 50 96h) para Poecilia reticulata, em ausência e presença de sedimento, valor que foi estimado em 0,08 ± 0,01 mg/L para o primeiro e 0,09 ± 0,01 mg/L para o segundo. Realiza predicciones y ajustes de información actuarial. Este trabajo propone usar los modelos multiniveles robustos para modelar datos del área de actuaria; en particular, ajustar el riesgo colectivo. El abordaje utilizado fue realizado usando el paradigma de Bayes. De este modo, los estimadores del valor de la prima de seguros son calculados en situaciones de super dispersión y con información atípica. Se evalúa la capacidad predictiva del modelo vía uso de resultados de la teoría de decisión estadística.

This research paper addresses the situation of the Guaná language in Paraguay, one of the indigenous peoples of the Maskoy linguistic family, highlighting the challenges and opportunities for its revitalization through artificial intelligence. Among the main justifications is that the Guaná language faces a serious threat of extinction, with only three elderly native speakers, which requires comprehensive measures for its preservation. The objective of the paper is to analyze the proposal for the integration of artificial intelligence in an educational curriculum for the revitalization of the Guaná language. Menopause in women means the end of the fertile part of life and marks the beginning of a postreproductora phase under the conditions of contemporary industrialized society, it can reach about a third of all life. This phenomenon that occurs during menopause, it is preceded by several years of declining fertility and irregular menstrual cycles and many women is accompanied by physical and psychological discomfort of varying intensity. The endothelium is the largest vascular endocrine organ protected in women by estrogens and mediated through nitric oxide, a potent vasodilator. The woman is protected from atherothrombosis until the menopause. At the beginning of the climacteric this protection is lost and endothelial dysfunction leads to cardiac and brain vascular risk factors such as hypertension, diabetes and dyslipidemia, which increase the vascular damage and the risk of heart attack.

We also consider to know these modifications for therapeutic adjustments in case we need to administer medicines and drugs during the pregnancy.
