The purpose of this work was to determine the citizen behaviors carried out by professors from two universities in the State of Morelos, Mexico. These behaviors are those carried out by the teachers in favor of the students, they were obtained through a qualitative exploratory study with the application of semi-structural interviews to the participants, each interview was transcribed coding the detected citizen behaviors, which were analyzed and selected by category and subcategories according to their nature, the interviews stopped until reaching the theoretical saturation of the construct, according to the methodology of the fundamental theory based on the data of Strauss & Corbin (2002). The purpose of this study was to understand how reflection on practice contributes to the teacher training of Chilean university professors. The research was a qualitative type based on the narrative method, and the technique applied was the semi-structured interview. 30 professors from two universities in Chile were interviewed. The main results lead to clarify that the reflection on the teaching practice represents a favorable route for the teacher's training. In particular, three critical aspects that from the voice of the participants contribute to teacher training are recognized: reflections on teaching practice; reflection from dialogue with peers and experts; and reflection on the practice that emerges from the interaction with the students themselves. This research was carried out with the objective of analyzing the relationship between the evaluation of the university professor and the satisfaction of recognition needs. It is a non-experimental inductive study, of a descriptive and correlational type of mixed approach. The sample consisted of a total of 28 professors from the English area of the main campus of a Private University of Lima, in the 2018- II cycle, using a probabilistic sampling for convenience. This article describes a university experience whose objectives were (a) to define the digital competences of professors, (b) to state how they use Information and Communications Technology (ITC), and (c) to know their perceptions on the importance of facilitating this type of competences in the students. Through the CODIPES questionnaire, a total of 53 professors from the Social and Legal Sciences area of the University of Malaga (2016/2017 academic year) were assessed. Among the conclusions obtained from this study, we underscore the importance given to ICTs in training and their consideration as such in the teaching and learning processes, pointing out several factors that have a bearing on their use, such as lack of time or resources, the individual's ideas, or lack of information.

The pandemic COVID19 implied drastic changes in the world, including educational institutions. According to the Comisión Económica para América Latina (CEPAL), 32 countries closed schools disturbing the life of more than 165 millions students and, of course professors also. To find out how educators felt during the pandemic period, several questionnaires can be used: Effort-Rewards Imbalance, Engagement, Burnout syndrome and Perceived Physical and Mental Health. However, before reaching this knowledge, it was necessary to determine the construct and differential validity of instruments in a sample of 353 Peruvian teachers. The results indicate that the mentioned tests have construct validity, as well as the differential one validity.

The task of the university professor is a mission and not simply a profession and that is why higher education should be impregnated with values. Nowadays education is articulated into three areas: the State, the Market and the Volunteering, but no one of these three sectors by themselves has covered the needs of all the citizens, there have always been losers, therefore the conjunction of the three sectors became necessary. Communitarianism promotes an ethical-social pact that favors the progress of society without nullifying the individual dimension. It believes that the university is the space where a communitarian consciousness should be promoted to generate a social capital by means of education and it is a privilege place to substantiate the moral identity of the person beginning with the commitment of the professor with the university student.
