The Brexit referendum is a good example of the particular vulnerability of the European project when fighting disinformation. Therefore, EU institutions have developed a series of initiatives throughout 2018 to define a European strategy to counter disinformation that emphasizes the responsibility of social networks in reporting false content. The objectives of this research are to learn about the strategies proposed for the Martinete Pilot Project (MPP) and the indicators that influenced the non-compliance of the destugurization plan in its physical-spatial, social, management and/or administration, planning and its mechanisms, legal and financial devices, and inter-institutional cooperation dimensions, through the application of a qualitative methodology, explanatory level with a nonexperimental, longitudinal and analytical design, consisting of three stages of analysis.The main result is that the project in general has a medium and high performance, because, although it contributed with the urban renewal of the historic center and the destugurization, it did not go further due to the isolation it presents in relation to other neighboring communities. Teniendo como objetivo general: Determinar cómo repercute la responsabilidad de INDECOPI frente a los derechos de autor en la utilización de videos en internet. Esta investigación fue un estudio de tipo descriptivo de enfoque cualitativo. El objetivo del presente estudio fue analizar la percepción de la comunidad jurídica sobre el autoplagio y la necesidad de su regulación en la normativa nacional sobre derechos de autor. En cuanto a la metodología utilizada, la presente investigación es aplicada y tiene un enfoque cualitativo; asimismo se emplearon los diseños fenomenológico y teoría fundamentada. De igual modo, se empleó la entrevista como técnica de recolección de datos, aplicándose la misma a nueve abogados especialistas en derecho de la propiedad intelectual. De los resultados obtenidos en la presente investigación se concluye que sí es necesario regular legislativamente la figura del autoplagio dentro de la normativa sobre derechos de autor a fin de establecer con claridad qué tipo de conductas deben permitirse y cuáles no.

The transaction costs faced by Peruvian exporters are much higher than those faced by exporters from other Latin American countries.
