In the last years, because of the variety of industrial applications of the tara`s fruit (the shell and the seeds can be processed to obtain a lot of products), the interest on cultivate tara using correct techniques is enhanced. This project of forestation with tara is carried out in Cajamarca Department (years 2008-2009), San Juan district, Cachilgon country house, which population has 40% of adults without instruction. They are dedicated to the foodstuffs agriculture and earn money with recolectation of the fruit of the tara, where the tara grows as a wild tree. To show to the population the facility of handling the agriculture of the tara and its economical profitability, it has being develop this pilot project of forestation with 1 546 tree of tara, which requires an initial investment of 12 243 peruvian soles, an annual referential cost of 4 720 peruvian soles and recover all the i...

This work describes how to obtain honey from yacón (Polimnia sonchifolia) in Pilot Plant. Also we determined that the content of inulin in the proccesed honey is 25.4%.

The new process aims to provide an immediate solution to regulatory problems of citizen insecurity perceived in Peru. A differentiated and prompt attention for crimes committed in flagrancy and the increase of the delinquencies incidence, omission of family support and drunk driving is proposed. The study of this new procedure should cover the main criticism, to a weighting of constitutionality.

Objective: To learn the lifestyle and NCDs of a group of workers who had occupational health evaluations performed in a branch of a mutuality: the Centro de Evaluación del Trabajo (CET), of Mutual de Seguridad. Methods: The sample included 30 workers who went in for occupational health evaluations. Blood tests and, vital signs were taken and finally, during the medical evaluation, they were given a survey. All data were collected and included in a database for analysis. Results: 93.3% of those enrolled were men; 66.6% were overweight or obese; 43.3% presented blood pressure in the high-normal range; 80% presented at least one altered parameter in their lipid profile; 50% indicated that they performed the minimum suggested amount of exercise per week; 83.3% indicated that they consume foods high in fat during the day; less than half (43.3%) indicated sleeping bet...

The study is about the construction of a prototype from flotation cell pilot “San Marcos” to pilot level, for develop this the next activities has been performed: confection of planes from machine organs including necessary cuts, preparation of molds for fuse the pieces and other parts, assembly the flotation equipment, Install the cell in the circuits from pilot plant, and prove the suitable functioning for the equipment.

On December 4, 1999, in the city of Sicuani, province of Canchis, the "Regional meeting on the high school pilot plan" was held, in compliance with the commitment to action assumed by the Board of Education in the Social Week of the South Andean , which consists of giving critical follow-up to the pilot experience of the high school. According to the schedule, this meeting had the character of a workshop, in which group work was carried out with cards prepared for the parents, teachers, students, and institutions that participated in the meeting.

Vinegar has been elaborated from apple juice by inmersed fermentation at room temperature. The process was developed in two stages, firstly, the alcoholic termentation was carried out using Saccharomyces Cerevísíae yeast, Ellipsoideus variety. Secondly, an acetic fermentation was carried out using acetobacter. The global yield of the process, based on row material usage was around 52%. The product obtained has an acidity of 6,8% in acetic acid and fulfill the market requirements.
