Emotions are part of the brands communication. The models provided to explain the influence process are often focused on cognitive processing, leaving the affective process aside. The present paper identifies the elements that are activated in the consumer mind while attending brand communication and how this process supports the creation of powerful brands. The study focus on the emotional evaluation of the Apple brand compare to Samsung brand. The three-factor model proposed by Thomson, MacInnis, y Park (2005) is used to measure the affect, passion and brand connection. The results show that the scale adaption to the Spanish sample achieves good psychometrics properties when applied to the selected brands. Apple displays better evaluation than Samsung from the emotional point of view and confirm its followers in social media have more emotional link than those who are not.

This article shows the results of the comparison of using a non-continuous system technology and a continuous system technology in terms of the quality obtained in both processes. The non-continuous system technology produces second class quinoa with a yield of 86 %, and the continuous system technology produces first class quinoa with a yield of 96 %, which represents a significant difference between both systems.

Non-complicated incomplete abortion is one of the most frequent obstetric emergencies in our health facilities, causing high care costs. There are two current modern methods for its attention: manual vacuum aspiration (MVA) and medical treatment with misoprostol, both with the possibility of outpatient management, reducing costs to the health system. Controversies between the two technologies are analyzed and it is concluded that both MVA and misoprostol treatments are modern technologies applicable in gynecology and obstetrics services in our country, with same safety and effectiveness by evidence of many studies conducted.

En el presente trabajo se revisó conceptualmente tres tecnologías de generación eléctrica con recurso geotérmico. El principal objetivo fue recopilar información sobre las alternativas para la solución del déficit de generación eficiente a desarrollarse en el sur del Perú en el 2024 (Escenario pre-COVID) [1]. En el diseño del sistema de protección de la subestación Valle Escondido 220/33kV, ubicada en la III Región de Atacama (Chile), Provincia de Copiapó y utilizada para la conexión al sistema del “Parque Fotovoltaico Valle Escondido”, están presentes dos tecnologías de relés de protección, la convencional y la digital. In the present investigation, the physicochemical characteristics, composition of fatty acids, tocopherols and phytosterols of the oil obtained from granadilla and pumpkin seeds were determined using supercritical CO2 technology. The fruits of granadilla (Passiflora ligularis Juss) and pumpkin (Cucurbita maxima) were obtained and the seeds were extracted, then dehydrated at 60 ° C x 24 hours and subsequent grinding to obtain the oil in a supercritical fluid extractor under the conditions of 350 bar and 50 ° C and CO2 flow of 3mL / min.
