Objective: Determine the relationship between the losses in power distribution and the tax treatment of income tax for losses of electricity within Peruvian electricity distributors, 1997-2014. Method: The study was approached through the quantitative research method, had a descriptive and correlational level, and the design was non-experimental. It involved a non-probabilistic sample of 22 electric power distribution companies. Results: As a result, a P value = 0,008 and a Rho coefficient = -0,572 were found, which showed that the decrease is significantly related to the tax treatment of energy losses. The cotton mechanized harvest is very advantageous for the collection manual, primarily because operating costs are reduced and the operation of providing the large-scale cultivation. But when the operation is not performed following criteria, can lead to losses and thus reducing gains to the farmer. This study aimed to quantify losses in the harvest of cotton in the city of Stone Ipameri-GO, in experiment conducted on three cotton properties, used the completely randomized design with 10 replications. In the three properties studied the losses in the soil out on the losses in the plant, with all properties, these losses were around 59% of total losses. Overall losses found stood at round 5.1%, 3.5% and 7.5% respectively for the three properties, remaining within the limits considered acceptable.

This article analyzes the valuation of damages in the Peruvian legal system. In this framework, it is established that this evaluation can be divided into three forms: the judicial, the conventional and the legal, noting that they have similarities and differences among them. After that, the author focuses on the judicial valuation of damages, especially on the problems that are present in this process. As can be seen, three complex cases can be found in judicial field. First, whether it is necessary to distinguish between the fault and the intent of the debtor in determining the damages and the loss for the breach of the obligation, or whether the same criteria should be applied in both cases. Accurate knowledge of the total blood loss during surgery, helps to get maximum benefit from transfusions. Blood should be given to the volume and rate of loss. The maintenance of circulating volume of red blood cells in the normal range, should consider it as an elementary fact in surgery patients with poor surgical risk, particularly in heart, arteriosclerotic and those elderly who can not tolerate either an overload or a decrease in circulating volume. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the parental alienation syndrome examined in the judgment handed down by the Second Civil Court of Ica: 00075-2012-01401-JR-FC-01, where the child’s integrity was proven to be damaged. This fact entitled the mother, who did not have custody, to request its change. To this end, suitable evidence was exhibited to obtain custody and for the other parent to lose it.

El cólera en nuestro país ha generado importantes problemas de salud pública. Actualmente es tratado recuperando el volumen perdido y eliminando el V. cholerae mas no bloqueando la acción de la toxina. Existen evidencias que la Nicotinamida actuaría sobre la toxina disminuyendo la secreción de agua y electrólitos. Se evaluó la capacidad de la Nicotinamida para reducir la pérdida de fluidos en conejos con cólera; utilizando un estudio experimental aleatorizado. Se administró nicotinamida a 10 conejos sanos, cuantificando sus excretas (g/día), pre y post administración para descartar efectos que alteren la interpretación de los resultados; no se halló diferencias estadísticamente significativas (p=0,3). We review the different mechanisms for loss of chromosome Y, including environmental factors that cause mosaicism. The different pathological processes due to its loss, including neoplasms, autoimmune and neurodegenerative diseases, are summarized. A subgroup of newborns with numerical chromosome abnormalities (45 X /46 XY) presents a characteristic phenotype, so it should be included as a variant of congenital loss of chromosome Y.

This original article brief, gives release preliminary results of a study conducted in the year 2014 on the loss of the good obligation from crime or misdemeanor and the restitution of property governed by Peruvian law, therefore it aims to establish the interpretive meaning of Article 1140 of the Civil Code of Peru established that the debtor (author of the crime or offense) is required to pay the value of a good, arising from the commission of the offense or lack the creditor (third party purchaser in good faith), by the legal impossibility to deliver a well that was returned to its rightful owner. This article addresses the analysis of the results obtained from the exploratory research conducted during the academic training, which had as objective to distinguish how sociocultural transformations influence on roles changing and the exercise of the authority in families, from teachers’ professional perspective and parents belonging to Nuevo Compartir School from comuna 1 of Soacha Municipality. It was observed a transformation in parental authority that come from a historical evolution, in terms of the society’s behavior and the different perspectives that are immersed in the social role of each individual, breaking with the traditional paradigm of a patriarchal role, and thus giving way to new paradigms that are linked with social, technological, legal and ideological changes that foster a change in family roles and dynamics. Background: Previous studies have evaluated mathematical models of equity judgments of two hypothetical employees with distinct merits. They found that the model of proportionality adequately described the data based on an algebraic additive rule of information integration. Orthognathic surgery is a surgical procedure that generates intraoperative blood loss, which is why the oral and maxillofacial surgeon is constantly generating new techniques and technologies for the reduction of intraoperative blood loss. The aim of this study was to determine the perceptions about the emotional impact that the loss or death of the companion animal produces in the lives of its owners. For this, an observational descriptive study based on interviews was designed. One hundred surveys were conducted, and it was found that 87 and 9% of the respondents had dogs and cats, respectively. The average age of acquisition was 0.8 and 0.2, and average holding ownership of 7.6 and 2.6 years, for dogs and cats, respectively. The predominant reasons for tenure were liking towards animals (39%) and the company they gave (35%). Frequent ways of obtaining were gift (52%), purchase (27%) and adoption (19%).
