El objetivo del trabajo de suficiencia profesional fue promover la participación de la población en las celebraciones por los 452 años de la fundación española de la ciudad de Huancavelica a través de una campaña de marketing. Para ello, se realizaron estrategias de producto, precio, promoción, plaza, personas, procesos y evidencia física (physical evidence), los cuales estuvieron dirigidos a cumplir los resultados deseados. The objective of this study is to identify the various uses given to the extraordinary grant provided by the Peruvian Government to the commission responsible for commemorating the IV Centenary of the Spanish Foundation of the city of Cusco. Additionally, it aims to analyze the conflicts that arose among local elites over the use of this grant. The hypothesis posits that the grant encouraged local leaders to undertake projects that resulted in favorable changes in the urban and economic composition of the city, but simultaneously fueled conflicts among Cusco’s elites, who sought larger percentage allocations for execution in their respective sectors. The Digital Frontiers 2019 study, based on a survey of 1500 people, indicates that 62 % of the population consulted does not know what artificial intelligence (AI) is. Specifically, 60 % of respondents believe that AI is a robot. Given the importance of the media for scientific dissemination —according to a 2020 survey by the Spanish Science and Technology Foundation (FECYT), 61 % of Spaniards learn about science through digital media and social networks— we propose to analyze to what extent the contents of Spanish media on AI-related issues are rigorous, comprehensible and adequately explain the technological concepts. Es usual decir que, en torno a Lima, se han configurado dos tipos de imágenes: una a través de la cual la capital peruana se mira en el espejo y cae enamorada de ella misma. La sindican como la leyenda narcisista, la que hunde sus raíces en la fundación española de Lima como capital del virreinato del Perú. Pero, desde muy antiguo, existe otra imagen de la capital peruana que la responsabiliza del conjunto de los males nacionales. Se la presenta como la leyenda negra.

San Miguel was the first Spanish establishment in the southwestern hemisphere. Its founding dates from 1532; it was first known by the name San Miguel de Tangará. It was soon relocated to a second settlement in Alto Piura where, between 1534-1580, it became a significant urban center of which a complete city map of some 10,000 square meters was created around its main square (Plaza de Armas). This study presents an overview of San Miguel city in its historic context.
