Presenta la solución que consiste en crear un coworking, llamado “Mommy Club”, que ayudará a crear una comunidad para las madres trabajadoras que quieran crecer laboralmente, apoyándolas con el cuidado de sus menores hijos y a su vez los puedan tenerlos cerca en el trabajo, dándoles así la seguridad que están bien cuidados y ellas puedan trabajar sin preocupaciones enfocándose en su crecimiento laboral.

La empresa se dedicará a la producción y venta al por mayor de hielos frutados en el mercado local. The objective of the study was to establish the effect of the implementation of the model of physical and energetic treatment of alternative medicine, on the increase of the corporal growth of students of the Commerce club, Pucallpa 2018. This research aimed to analyse the typology and the communicative projection of the brands that are official sponsors of the elite clubs of European professional soccer. The study is conducted through a content analysis of the sponsoring brands of all the first-division clubs of the five European leagues with the highest market value in the 2022/2023 season. Lima has long been a city of Cusco and step towards Machu Picchu, you will not recognize enough attractions apart from the Historic Center of Lima, able to retain the international tourist few days in this city. This paper has tried to delve into the possibility of interest that has remained dormant for decades but the margin of involvement with the industry. The migrant when forced to live in Lima population saw as a social channel to the association of fellow countrymen which resulted in departmental, provincial and district emergency clubs. These clubs became an existential support but also in a «box» to preserve regional culture rural folk. These traditions could be a new product of recreational and cultural attractions that may have a claim.

Contracts with preference clauses are agreements adopted by the parties to voluntarily continue to be bound at the end of the contract, with either party unilaterally exercising the right to enter into a new contract. Currently, the Federación Peruana de Fútbol has problems with certain clubs in the framework of transmission rights contracts containing this type of clauses.This paper will address the following points.First, we will explain what are the preference rights and how they are configured. Next, we will analyse the concept of ‘tacit representations’ in relation to pre-emptive covenants. Finally, we will frame the two previous points in the case of the Federation in order to understand the problems that revolve around the contracts that regulate transmission rights.

El Cine Club de Lima fue la institución dedicada a la difusión de la cultura cinematográfica más importante en la Lima de los años cincuenta. Fue también precursora de los cineclubes de las décadas siguientes, agrupando a un núcleo de importantes intelectuales pe ruanos, provenientes de diversas áreas de la práctica artística, en una labor de promoción cultural. El artículo trata de describir la trayectoria del Cine Club de Lima desde sus orígenes hasta su disolución, dando cuenta de la línea de su programación.

En el Perú cada año miles de niños desde los 4 años de edad inician su formación en el deporte más popular en el país: el fútbol. En cientos de campos deportivos, privados y públicos, podemos encontrar una oferta diversa de academias y clubes de fútbol, para niños y niñas, a nivel nacional. Enseñar a niños de 4 años se convierte en un reto para los profesores de fútbol, quienes en un ambiente lúdico, asumen un rol similar al de un docente de educación inicial. Resulta complicado mantener la atención de un grupo de más de 15 niños, y más aún si están rodeados de balones y conos de entrenamiento de diversos colores y al aire libre.
