Currently there are tools that generate source code automatically. We propose a source code generation architecture focused on the 3-layer architecture, additionally we build a source code generation tool. The Tool allows to load a database schema and from this it generates the source code for the SQL Server and C# language, we use an .xls file to import or export the database schema. We have used 5 code generation requirements and their database schemas for the test, obtaining as a result the generation of source code without errors. Carrying out the time analysis, our model generates 6,998 lines of code per second, in total we have generated 13,283 lines of source code in 1472 milliseconds that correspond to 5 requirements for generating source code with their respective databases.

Background: Case reports and case series are essential sources of knowledge; however, they only provide low-quality scientific evidence. These studies are common in the medical field because they allow to formulate new hypotheses and to report new and rare pathologies in a structured way and complications or adverse drug events. Hence, the primary objective of a case report or case series is contributing to the scientific knowledge. To publishing these studies, it is recommended to follow the CARE statement's recommendations to guarantee a structured report with a minimum of pertinent and relevant information to make a clear and precise interpretation of the findings. This review aims to provide a scientific writing guide for case reports and case series and maximize their publicity in indexed peer-reviewed journals.

Case usage in business schools was originally introduced by Harvard University. Teaching style has changed, from a teacher-centered approach to a student-centered one, as indicated by “flipped classroom” methodology. This essay presents the characteristics of professor’s performance in classroom. Cases study analysis is mainly established in the English language, a fact which can generate difficulties in its learning, especially if in the Latin-American countries there is a poor level of English as a second language. The International Journal of Instructional Cases is a publication that presents case studies with enough information for due analysis and the learning adequacy.

Cedecea lapagei is a gram-negative, non-encapsulated, facultative anaerobic bacterium that has been reported in only a few cases with varying clinical presentations, drug susceptibility, and treatment since its first isolation in 1981. This study aimed to describe a case report of C. lapagei in Peru and systematically review the documented case reports of individuals infected with C. lapagei. A 59-year-old man who had become bedridden with Parkinson’s disease and had epilepsy presented with a 1-week history of fever and sore throat and was admitted. Physical examination revealed an obtundation state and abolished vesicular murmur in the right hemithorax. During hospitalization, the patient was diagnosed with various infections, including tuberculosis, for which he received broad-spectrum antibiotics. In the absence of clinical improvement, a urine culture was performed showing C. lapag...

Teaching methods have changed. The case method is an active methodology that seeks, from a real experience, the simulated exploration by the student in order to develop in him the ability to make decisions. Before, teaching was centered on the teacher, today it revolves around the student and the teacher. Therefore, both will learn. For this, it is based on a concept or construct, or theory that is the object of study, which is recreated from a real experience and that allows simulated exploration, in order to develop, in the student, his capacity for decision making. For this, the student must carry out research of a bibliographical nature, about either information on the variables or updates on the object of study, which allow him to learn more about the reality of the unit of analysis. The objective of this work is to make a conceptual review of the case study for pedagogical purposes ...

The aim of this article is to report an atypical case of Heck's disease, given its single-site positivity for HPV genotypes 56, 71 and 74, with different biological significance. This disease is a benign oral pathology with variable prevalence according to geographic region and ethnic group; its etiology is multifactorial, in which the human papillomavirus (HPV), genotypes 13 and 32 play a leading role. However, in the last ten years, sporadic cases of this pathology have been documented, positive for non-classical genotypes and high oncogenic risk. The clinical and histopathological picture found in the patient's oral cavity was consistent with the entity in reference, confirmed by a molecular study based on polymerase chain reaction for HPV genotypes 56, 71 and 74. In conclusion, the present case is considered unusual due to positivity for genotypes that have not been documented in thi...

Marfan´s syndrome is a multisystemic, autosomal dominant congenital abnormality of variable penetrance that affects the integrity of connective tissue. In the cardiovascular system, the dysfunction of the physiology of the aortic root and the myocardial fibrosis originates non-ischemic cardiomyopathy independent of valve lesions. Few data have been reported on the prevalence of arrhythmias and its impact on heart function. We present a 21-year-old man with Marfan’s syndrome and heart failure with frequent supraventricular arrhythmias and aortic root dilation. After ablation in the posteroseptal area of the mitral ring and Tirone David Surgery, there was clinical improvement, the left ventricular ejection fraction increased dramatically from 33% to 46%, the left ventricular end-diastolic volume decreased from 90 ml/m2 to 77 ml/m2 and the NT-proBNP decrease from 1100 pg/mL at 180 pg/mL.

Objective: To report the epidemiological and clinical characteristics of eumycetoma patients diagnosed in a referral tertiary hospital of Lima-Peru. Methods: Patients with a diagnosis of eumycetoma evaluated at the Cayetano Heredia Hospital between 2000 and 2017. Diagnosis of eumycetoma required demonstration of grains at clinical or histopathological examination. Epidemiological and clinical data was extracted from clinical and mycology laboratory records. The isolates were identified on the basis of cultural and morphological characteristics. When it was possible a molecular diagnostic test was used for the identification of the species. Results: 19 eumycetoma patients were diagnosed, most of them were males, median age of 37. The median duration of disease was 65 months, and eleven out of 14 patients reported history of agricultural activity before the onset of the disease. Most patie...

The material patrimony of the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru is a complex issue since it is questioned how these will be managed and above all who will be the managers. The records indicate that several wills were issued, but there are two relevant wills. The first of these two was in 1933 and the second one in 1938. Recently, the PUCP requested a writ of amparo proceeding due to the violation of their constitutional rights as the right of property and the right of university autonomy. Thus, on March 17, 2010, the Constitutional Court declared the legal protection process unfounded in a judgment that deserves attention given its legal argumentative content. Based on this, the professor Manuel Atienza performs a cross-sectional analysis of the decision of each of the magistrates who issued the judgment. Consequently, this work evaluates the legal argumentation of the sentence hand...

Focal sclerosing osteomyelitis is a rare condition with few therapeutic options other than root canal treatment of the affected tooth. If the tooth is not vital, the treatments are reduced, and there is little scientific evidence of the benefits of the placement of implants in the affected bone. We present a clinical case in which this condition is managed by removing the affected bone, regenerating it with PRGF-Endoret® and subsequently placing a dental implant in the treated area.
