Social debate is a hypergenre that allows for the exchange of public discourses on socially relevant topics, as has been developing for years in relation to health and illness, including migration processes. The necessary interrelation of superstructural (actors, genres and contextual elements), macrostructural (thematic dynamics), mesostructural (argumentation) and microstructural (phonic, graphemic, morphological or lexical-semantic elements that regulate the intensity of discourse) elements is highlighted if discourse analysis is to provide an ambitious response to very complex social problems. We wanted to dedicate this issue to some social actors who were the protagonists of two decisive moments in Peruvian history: the culminating expansive period of the Inca Empire and the stage of exploration, demarcation and territorial settlement of the conquering expeditions. Recent historiography has been largely enriched by research on various agents involved in both deeply connected historical processes. The purpose of this issue of Allpanchis is to broaden the discussion around the protagonists of Andean history, whose trajectories can and should be studied in detail from various perspectives.

The health reform has gained a new momentum in Peru, because via legislative decrees, wants to implement a series of changes which have been called improperly "health care reform", because it does not alter fundamentally the structure and functioning of our exclusionary and segmented system. In this context, it becomes relegated to postpone key actorsof the reforms, namely: workers health. The evidence of this are persistence of: the lack of government in the field of human resources, centralist and inequitable distribution, the precariousness of employment, rising occupational health problems, high migration, the deregulation of training and professional practice in the Peru. It is urgent to meet the challenges set for the Decade of human resources in health 2006-2015.

This article analyses the roles played by the actors related to religious groups,the way that they rebuild their participation and representation in the publicspace from their involvement in the initiative of social protest about the reclaimand defense of certain civil rights. In this regard, the article addresses the relationship between religion and politics, and furthermore specifically, the way inwhich religious human capital contributes to the process of collective actionsand social mobilization. At the same time, it offers some ideas regarding theway in which religious speech and public practice is shaped by cultural mediatization.

This issue of Allpanchis offers articles that deal —in an original way with Peruvian archeology, which tends to focus its efforts on civilizations and cultures during the pre-Hispanic period— with actors and spaces that have not yet been sufficiently analyzed. The African population in the viceregal estates, the islands of the Peruvian sea and the second settlement of the Spanish city of San Miguel de Piura are the topics that the contributors to this issue on Andean archeology occupy.

Nuestro estudio parte de la necesidad por indagar en la esencia del teatro, el actor y todas las posibilidades que su creación ofrece, en un marco contemporáneo donde la cultura de consumo y la concepción de la producción teatral están marcadas aparentemente por ideologías capitalistas. Entendemos que esto afecta al actor, privándole de su libertad como creador y reduciéndolo a un intérprete del texto: lo cual se forma y afianza desde la educación y luego se fortalece al introducir al artista en una maquinaria de producción teatral bajo una lógica de consumo. A partir de allí, nuestra investigación plantea la búsqueda de la libertad frente a un entorno de creación que reconocemos como tradicional, el cual no ofrece oportunidades para el desarrollo de nuevas propuestas. Esta tesis nace de una problemática en que la que actrices de cine se han visto envueltas en situaciones de abuso por sus directores. Esta investigación se centra en evidenciar aquellas prácticas que realizan tanto los directores como los actores en rodaje para evidenciar la raíz de estos acontecimientos. Además, también plantea herramientas de dirección y datos importantes acerca de estos dos agentes anteriormente mencionados. Para ello, se realizaron entrevistas a expertos en el tema para que puedan brindar información verídica de lo que se vive en el proceso de realizar una película, específicamente en rodaje, y los límites que se pueden cruzar entre actor y director en escena.

The paper addresses the processes of identification between the actor and the characters he creates. Starting from a chronological review of the concept of identification in the psychoanalytic literature, and intending to differentiate the concept from others than are related, we move towards a review of the scarce existing works on identification applied directly to the acting phenomenon. Since the objective of this research is to observe how the processes of identification effectively take place in the practice of the actor while creating his characters, we interview five respected actors to know their opinions and experience on the subject. The results are based on the experiences shared by the participants.

La guerra anglo-argentina fue, a todas luces, un hecho sorpresivo e inesperado. Incluso, luego de la acción argentina del 2 de abril, era una opinión bastante extendida que "la sangre no llegaría al río". Sin embargo, lo inesperado y para muchos inexplicable, ocurrió. Pero al lado de los acontecimientos militares, que marcaron también algunas sorpresas, hubo en términos políticos un conjunto de actitudes que, fuera del contexto de este conflicto, hubieran sido inexplicables. En América Latina, hemos escuchado a voceros de la derecha y de la alienación a Estados Unidos, criticar al colonialismo y al imperialismo; también hemos visto a gentes de una izquierda que, hasta el 1° de abril, consideraba al régimen militar argentino como una especie de "bestia negra" del fascismo, expresar la más clara y contundente solidaridad con Argentina.

Cipriani como actor político es resultado de un profundo análisis y esfuerzo por situar dentro de la discusión sobre la política peruana la imagen del entonces arzobispo de Lima y cardenal del Perú Juan Luis Cipriani; puesto que, su rol político hasta el momento no ha sido analizado ni tomado como un factor dentro de los análisis existentes sobre estudios políticos peruanos. Por ello, los autores Luis Pásara, Carlos Indacochea, Luis Cisneros y Augusto Álvarez Rodrich tratan no solo de reconstruir el rol político que este personaje ha jugado este personaje dentro de la política peruana sino nos revelan el poder que tiene la Iglesia Católica en la sociedad, la influencia que esta tiene dentro de la toma de decisiones políticas y la visibilización que le dan los medios de comunicación.

En las últimas décadas, la investigación psicológica de la felicidad se ha incrementado a nivel internacional con el afán de descubrir los aspectos positivos del ser humano; sin embargo, no se encuentran muchos estudios que examine específicamente la felicidad respecto a los actores y no actores dentro del país. Por este motivo, el objetivo de esta investigación fue identificar las diferencias en la felicidad entre personas que se dedican profesionalmente a la actuación y aquellas que no lo hacen, en Lima Metropolitana. El diseño fue comparativo transversal, y la muestra estuvo conformada por un total de 210 personas, donde 66 fueron actores y 144 no actores, con edades entre 20 y 55 años (M = 35.71; DE = 8.71).
