When Alvin Toffler foreshadowed the Third Wave civilization, and n ted the importance of information. Well, time has proved right, and you can accept that we are witnessing a new era. The basic tool for this fact is called the Internet, whose features are being implemented in many activities, and not just develop. Taking the example of management, which involves active participation from all areas of the organization, where information is an essential resource, using Internet services, you can see how it exercises its influence, identifying a powerful impact on all life of society. In this environment, the accounting professional, a generator of information, have a significant participation and contribution to knowledge and business management.

Jointly with other professors, we began several interdisciplinary investigations aimed at establishing relations between the law and information technology. The central subject of the investigations was the legal communication, and more specifically, the study of the possibility of providing scholars, through thesaurus, with the storage and recovery of legal documentation, using the information and communication technologies as an auxiliary instrument. As soon as the internet was materialized, another type of research appeared, considering the requirements to be met to guarantee the rights of persons to freely communicate their thoughts in the recovery of or access to the information. As seen in the event at Surfside, Miami FL, the permanent surveillance of tall buildings might to require the conjunction of the telecommunications technologies that in a side are offering accuracy in various levels of prediction, and on the other side are flexible to be operated to distance. In fact. in this paper, a novel Internet is proposed, it is called the Internet of Tall Buildings whose main purpose is to carry out in an unstoppable manner the precise measurement of small angular deviations. With this its is expected a kind of instantaneous radiography of spatial displacements of the vertexes of ceiling in a chain of tall buildings. Thus, whereas there is a sensing in one of them, then the wireless system will emit alerts and alarms at the cases that deviations beyond the allowed are registered.

Cuando Alvin Toffler presagiaba la Tercera Ola de la civilización, ya señalaba la importancia de la información. Bueno, el tiempo le ha dado la razón; y se puede aceptar que ya estamos viviendo una nueva era. La herramienta fundamental para este hecho se denomina Internet, cuyas características se están aplicando en múltiples actividades; y no acaba de desarrollarse. Si tomamos como ejemplo la gestión empresarial, que implica la participación activa de todas las áreas de la organización, donde la información constituye un recurso imprescindible, al utilizar los servicios de Internet, se puede apreciar cómo ejerce su influencia, determinando un poderoso impacto en toda la vida de la sociedad. En este entorno, el profesional contable, como generador de información, tiene una relevante participación y aporte en el conocimiento y la gestión empresarial.

The use of the Internet bursts in a key moment for the enological tourism development in several regions of Spain and, it is essential to get to know and control the use of this new channel’s elements to communicate in an efficient way the strategical plans of enological tourism management towards different audiences. This research uses a comparative questionnaire about the management between the main enologicaltourism websites of two important origin denominations: La Rioja and Ribera del Duero. Like that, we’ll be able to analyze and reflect about different communication strategies which use every wine region to obtain more tourists and economic benefits.

In this article we show the results of the analysis of 18 million Internet datagrams collected between April 1996 and June 1997 in one of the networks of the Peruvian Scientific Network. It is demonstrated that the flow of TCP/IP packets present an asymptotically Self-similar (fractal) nature analogous to that found in Ethernet local area networks [1] and that differs from that predicted by traditional traffic models based on Markov processes. and semi-Markov like Poisson.

Según los datos de la Encuesta Residencial de Servicios de Telecomunicaciones (ERESTEL) 2013, el número de hogares peruanos con Internet móvil ascendió a 1.391.487, presentando un incremento interanual en su tasa de acceso de 14,6 pp respecto de los resultados obtenidos en la encuesta del 2012.
