Se utilizó la técnica de encuesta, considerando un instrumento para medir los planes de sucesión y el estrés laboral ha sido aplicado a la población en estudio siendo un total de 40 colaboradores (Gerentes) Se concluyó que los planes de sucesión se relacionan con el estrés laboral debido al no contar con una estructura correcta y formal del desarrollo de los trabajadores para ocupar puestos de sucesión, pueden ocasionar aumento de estrés laboral en el ambiente de trabajo que afectarán a su productividad como a su propia salud.

It’s a correlational investigation because It’s try to relate the variables and its design was not experimental cross- sectional. It uses the survey technique, considering an instrument to measure the succession plans and the job stress. It was applied to the study population which was a group of forty workers.( managers) It was concluded that the plans of succession are associated with the job stress because they don’t have a correct and formal structure in the development of the workers to occupy positions of succession.
