description El estudio está enmarcado sobre un problema que afecta el estado de salud de administrativos en el mundo, donde el nivel de riesgo ergonómico son parte del día a día deteriorando el equilibrio y el estado mental, nuestra investigación tiene como meta determinar si existe conexión entre los Niveles de riesgo ergonómico y la incapacidad por molestias lumbares en personal administrativo de la Diresa ayacucho-2023, con una población de 50 evaluados a quienes se le aplico los instrumentos: Método REBA para medir el riesgo y el cuestionario Oswestry para el grado de incapacidad, realizando el estudio con una perspectiva numérico con plan no practico de corte transversal, tipo relacional. Los resultados muestran una fiabilidad muy alta para ambos instrumentos, Reba con 0.922α de Cronbach y Oswestry con 0.965, la hipótesis general p=0.000 muestra la existencia de relación muy alta (,752** rho de Spearman) entre los niveles de riesgo y la incapacidad por dolencias lumbares, obteniendo (7.1%) el Nivel de riego según sexo, (88%) en Nivel de riesgo e intervención posterior, por otra parte, el 52% de los administrativos presento incapacidad alta y muy alta. Es importante promover investigaciones afines para reducir los riesgos en la salud física.
