description Airbnb es un fenómeno turístico mundial que afecta el comercio local. En el Perú, se ha incrementado este tipo de servicio. Sus seguidores valoran la estadía y las prestaciones del lugar y escriben sobre ello para recomendar o desaconsejar. El objetivo de este trabajo es analizar los discursos a través de estrategias lingüísticas de los huéspedes que se alojan en Lima-Perú. Metodológicamente, se ha recogido un corpus formado por 91 muestras textuales, que son de uso frecuente y procedentes de huéspedes de los distritos más turísticos de Lima. Se concluye que los huéspedes crean discursos generalmente sobre su estadía, su comodidad y seguridad, que posicionan el servicio colaborativo, el cual los convierte en consumidores concentrados en el turismo del hospedaje que del sector cultural. Con ello, ponen en juego la reputación de los anfitriones y logran que la información publicada sea de utilidad para el turismo potencial.

In Peru, this type of service has increased. Its followers value the stay and the benefits of the place and write about it to recommend or advise against it. The aim of this paper is to analyze the discourses through linguistic strategies of guests staying in Lima-Peru. Methodologically, a corpus consisting of 91 textual samples has been collected, which are frequently used and coming from guests in the most touristic districts of Lima. It is concluded that guests generally create discourses about their stay, comfort and safety.
