description El presente trabajo aborda la problemática de la empresa JOTA TRANSPORTES E.I.R.L relacionada con la carencia de políticas y procesos del control de cobranza. Luego de realizar un análisis profundo y evaluación detallada de alternativas, se determinó que se debe implementar un sistema integral de gestión de cobranza, reestructurando los procesos deficientes e implementando nuevas políticas donde la empresa no obtenga riesgos de liquidez financiera. Además de ello, implementar un software ayudará al área de cobranza en tener todo en un solo lugar, y automatizar el seguimiento de pago de los clientes. Además de incluir contratos estandarizados con términos claros y plazos definidos también ayudará a reducir riesgos de incumplimiento, ya que se tendrá un mejor control de las cuentas por cobrar.

Además de incluir contratos estandarizados con términos claros y plazos definidos también ayudará a reducir riesgos de incumplimiento, ya que se tendrá un mejor control de las cuentas por cobrar.This work addresses the problem of the company JOTA TRANSPORTES E.I.R.L related to the lack of collection control policies and processes. After carrying out an in-depth analysis and detailed evaluation of alternatives, it was determined that a comprehensive collection management system must be implemented, restructuring deficient processes and implementing new policies where the company does not obtain financial liquidity risks. In addition, implementing software will help the collections area to have everything in one place, and automate customer payment tracking.
