El presente proyecto de Centro de Innovación y Diseño Bellas Artes y Ampliación de la ENSABAP ubicado en el Centro Histórico de Lima – Barrios Altos, se conceptualiza teniendo como puntos estructutrantes tres factores: alumnos y egresados, infraestructura de la escuela y labor social de la escuela frente a la comunidad. Teniendo estos puntos en consideración, para los alumnos y egresados se plantea un equipamiento arquitectónico destinado a catalizar las potencialidades creativas e innovadoras de los alumnos y egresados de la ENSABAP, bajo un ecosistema e infraestructura adecuada que promueva el emprendimiento y la creatividad para que los alumnos y egresados puedan generar sus propios espacios laborales. En infraestructura se busca optimizar y ampliar los talleres y aulas de la ENSABAP a partir de un nuevo pabellón. el último punto y más importante, busca generar que la intervención en su conjunto ayude a la ENSABAP a consolidarse como un agente dinamizador y catalizador de las potencialidades artísticas y culturales de Barrios Altos, Para este fin el proyecto tiene como idea central generar una plaza cultural en el interior del proyecto, la cual se integra a la ciudad mediante dos corredores culturales. |
