The present investigation, titled; "Proposal to evaluate and control work stress in drivers of vehicles for transportation of copper concentrate in the company SERVOSA S.A.C." has as main objective; To evaluate and preventively control work-related stress in drivers of vehicles for copper concentrate, the investigation was carried out in the company SERVOSA SAC., a company dedicated to the transport of minerals to different mining units. To this end, the "ILO-WHO Labor Stress Questionnaire" was applied to a sample of 29 collaborators. For a correct and better understanding of the information collected during the entire investigation process, this document was divided into different sections, detailed below: In Chapter 1, generalities of the research are detailed, such as information on the problem, research questions, objectives of the present study, justification, as well as the scope and limitations that were faced during the research process. Chapter 2 addresses the main theoretical bases necessary for research. In Chapter 3, corresponds to the state of the art, it shows a compilation of results of other researches related to our main topic of research at regional, national and international level. Chapter 4, detailed topics on the methodology used, description and operationalization of variables. Chapter 5 deals with the most relevant details of the company, detailing the current situation of the company SERVOSA SAC and the application of the methodology In Chapter 6, we have the results and interpretations about the research carried out. It is determined that there is a presence of occupational stress in drivers for copper concentrate vehicles, which according to the qualification given by the International Labor Organization and the World Health Organization, is at an intermediate level which can affect occupational health and Over the years it can manifest itself in human, economic and social losses. Finally, recommendations, annexes and bibliographical references that were used in the research are presented.
