Se concluyó que el impuesto ambiental apoya a la reformación del medio ambiente afectado como no afectado por el impacto de la contaminación industrial lo cual favorece a la reinvención en recuperar áreas verdes y apoyo a la conservación del medio ambiente y disminuye los índices de contaminación
