Con el presente trabajo de investigación se investigará que tipo de infraestructura es la adecuada para brindar servicio de capacitación y sensibilización frente a riesgos y desastres por parte de la Municipalidad Provincial de Trujillo y así se estará tomando las medidas efectivas de prevención en la provincia de Trujillo. Este proyecto realizado en forma conjunta con la Municipalidad Provincial de Trujillo (Área de Defensa Civil) comprende el diseño e información necesaria para la construcción (planos de arquitectura, estructuras, instalaciones eléctricas e instalaciones sanitarias) además de un adecuado plan de contingencia; con lo que se obtuvo el costo que involucraría la ejecución de este proyecto. Con la construcción de este centro de sensibilización se beneficiará a aproximadamente 15,921 beneficiarios que están constituidos por la población vulnerable y en riesgo ante un desastre de la provincia de Trujillo, con charlas de capacitación y sensibilización que se dictarán por personal calificado.
