description La presente tesis titulada Niveles de análisis y síntesis en estudiantes zurdos manuales de la Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego, Trujillo – 2014, se dirige a responder el problema sobre cuáles son los niveles de análisis y síntesis mentales en estudiantes izquierdos y las interrogantes específicas de cómo se manifiesta el nivel de análisis y cómo se manifiesta el nivel de síntesis en los estudiados. La muestra de la investigación se conformó por 50 estudiantes izquierdos, pertenecientes a 12 de las 23 especialidades que imparte UPAO. El método empleado es la observación sistemática que hace posible captar y registrar las respuestas de los estudiantes a los reactivos de una lista de verificación válida y confiable que garantice la veracidad de la información recogida. Luego de contrastar la hipótesis de la investigación y rechazar las hipótesis nulas se concluyó que existen diferencias en las operaciones mentales de análisis y síntesis entre los propios estudiantes zurdos manuales y entre estos comparados con los derechos manuales, asimismo estas diferencias se dieron tanto en la operación de análisis como en la operación de síntesis tomadas por separado. Estos mismos resultados han permitido probar una ligera superioridad de los estudiantes zurdos sobre los derechos manuales en las operaciones mentales estudiantes.

The research sample was formed by 50 left students from 12 of the 23 specialties taught UPAO. The method is systematic observation makes it possible to capture and record student responses to the reagents from a list of valid and reliable verification to ensure the accuracy of the information collected.
