La población es de 300 usuarios y la muestra es de 169, para recopilar datos se aplicó una encuesta con 12 preguntas en la escala de Likert con el fin de conocer cuál es la opinión de los usuarios con respecto a la digitalización de procesos y poder brindar recomendaciones para su mejoría. Se llegó a la conclusión que se comprueba la hipótesis que existe relación de manera significativa entre la digitalización de procesos con la satisfacción de usuarios de Sunarp Piura 2022
