En La Libertad, hay 15 CEM, pero el primero en Porvenir, fundado en 2014, evidenció la necesidad de mejorar la infraestructura para ofrecer un servicio adecuado. A pesar de los esfuerzos, la tasa de feminicidios en la región ha aumentado, lo que sugiere la insuficiencia de los servicios actuales para atender y prevenir la violencia. El estudio propone la creación de un Centro de Protección y Formación Integral para mujeres víctimas de violencia en Alto Trujillo, con un diseño arquitectónico que busca facilitar la recuperación de las mujeres. Cada ambiente del centro está pensado para promover el bienestar de las víctimas, incorporando áreas verdes, iluminación natural y espacios terapéuticos que fomenten la conexión con la naturaleza. Además, se aplica la neuroarquitectura, integrando colores, texturas, sonidos, iluminación y temperatura adecuados, con el fin de crear un entorno seguro y propicio para el proceso de recuperación y empoderamiento de las mujeres afectadas

There are 246 CEMs and 184 within police stations across the country, providing aid to those suffering from violence. In La Libertad, there are 15 CEMs, but the first one in Porvenir, established in 2014, highlighted the need for improved infrastructure to offer adequate services. Despite efforts, the femicide rate in the region has increased, suggesting that current services are insufficient in addressing and preventing violence. The study proposes the creation of a Protection and Comprehensive Training Center for women victims of violence in Alto Trujillo, with an architectural design aimed at facilitating their recovery. Each area of the center is designed to promote the well-being of the victims, incorporating green spaces, natural lighting, and therapeutic spaces that foster a connection with nature. Additionally, neuroarchitecture principles are applied, integrating suitable colors, textures, sounds, lighting, and temperature to create a safe and supportive environment.
