description La presente investigación tuvo como propósito principal determinar si existe revictimización a la víctima en la estructura del proceso de la ley 30364. El tipo de investigación es de modo descriptiva - explicativa. La muestra probabilística seleccionada fue de 15 magistrados, abogados litigantes y fiscales de Familia en Trujillo. Por esta razón se planteó la siguiente pregunta: ¿En el procedimiento establecido en la ley 30364 existe revictimización de la víctima?; se trazó los objetivos siguientes: Entender la regulación normativa de la ley 30364 y comprender como se genera la revictimización a la víctima dentro del proceso; investigar la vulneración del derecho constitucional a la integridad de la víctima. Aplicando diversos métodos se concluyó que en la estructura del proceso de la ley 30364 existe vulneración al derecho a la integridad de la víctima, en base al fundamento constitucional en el marco del proceso penal peruano porque es justamente a la víctima a la que no se le brinda un cuidado especial, se analizó que al tener que contar las fatídicas experiencias con su agresor en varios momentos del proceso cae en revictimización.

The type of research is descriptive - explanatory. The selected probabilistic sample was of 15 magistrates, trial lawyers, and prosecutors from Trujillo.
