El panorama por el que atraviesan los establecimientos educativos es deplorable, desde la baja calidad en el servicio hasta las condiciones inadecuadas de la infraestructura. El propósito del proyecto del Centro de Educación Básica Regular – Técnico Productiva ““Octavio Campos Otoleas““ es considerar la infraestructura educativa pública como un elemento central para impulsar el desarrollo. La situación crítica en el colegio radica en la deficiente infraestructura actual, que tiene 30 años de antigüedad; según el informe de Defensa Civil emitido en el 2015; las condiciones en las que opera la escuela representan un alto riesgo para las personas que la utilizan. El proyecto busca diseñar e implementar espacios pedagógicos modernos en relación a las nuevas metodologías y necesidades de los estudiantes, proponer espacios al aire libre para el disfrute del usuario generando un dinamismo y sentido de pertenencia con el equipamiento, asimismo se plantean sistemas de confort debido a la ubicación del colegio

The purpose of the project of the ““Octavio Campos Otoleas““ Regular Basic Education - Technical Productive Education Center is to consider public educational infrastructure as a central element to promote development.
