Se plantea la propuesta de un Centro Bioclimático de Interpretación Cultural Gastronómico como una propuesta y solución arquitectónica sostenible, incluyendo espacios de comercio, formación, producción e interpretación, que nos permitirá fortalecer la integración y la relación entre los seres humanos y la cultura. En segundo lugar, el proyecto, tiene como objetivo, emplazarse sobre el medio cultural del distrito, considerando la artesanía y gastronomía existente, con la aplicación técnicas y estrategias de preservación y métodos de reciclaje de los recursos naturales, considerados en el diseño del proyecto. El diseño es el resultado de un proyecto de espacios contextualmente integrados que atienden las necesidades del visitante.
