Se utilizó un cuestionario de manera presencial, el cual fue validado a través de la prueba V de Aiken de 0.994 y adquirió una confiabilidad de 0.813 en la prueba de Alpha de Cronbach. Resultados: Se encontró que el nivel de conocimiento sobre lesiones maxilares en radiografía panorámica en estudiantes de estomatología fue insuficiente con un 37.09%, seguido del nivel bueno en un 29.56%. Según el ciclo académico, el quinto y sexto ciclo prevaleció en el nivel insuficiente con un 9.67% y 9.68% respectivamente. El octavo ciclo prevaleció en el nivel bueno con un 10.21%. Conclusiones: El nivel de conocimiento sobre lesiones maxilares en radiografía panorámica de los estudiantes de estomatología fue insuficiente, siendo los estudiantes de quinto y sexto ciclo quienes predominaron en el nivel insuficiente.

Results: It was found that the level of knowledge about maxillary lesions in panoramic radiography in stomatology students was insufficient with 37.09%, followed by the good level with 29.56%.
