According to the general objective of the research, it was to identify the relationship between occupational risk management and job performance in the employees of Servitopkim SAC, 2021. The research is located in the quantitative approach, it is applied and cross-sectional. Bearing in mind that the study corresponds to the non-experimental type, with a descriptive correlational design. The sample consisted of 30 employees of the company under study. The results found indicate that 43.33% of the collaborators indicated that the level of the Occupational Risk Management variable is good, 53.34% indicated that the level is regular and 3.33% indicated that the level is bad. Likewise, 53.33% of the collaborators indicated that the level of the work performance variable is good, 36.67% indicated that the level is regular and 10% indicated that the level is bad. Regarding the degree of correlation between occupational risk management and job performance determined by Spearman's Rho 0.686, there is a moderate positive correlation and its significance value is equal to 0.000. It is concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between occupational risk management and job performance in employees of Servitopkim SAC, 2021.
